GBI use the app on my phone I use the app on my phone, it is convenient. Not difficult to learn to use. The ratio function is handy, however a refresh option would improve it rather than to resubmit the action each time something is changed. Overall it’s a very useful app. Great for providers and parents alike. Keeping the lines of communication open is a must when caring for kids and this app aids with that when lots of staff or different parents are involved.

GBIt has definitely done a lot to update… It has definitely done a lot to update our check in system and payments. The parents are liking it alot with the updates but still trying to work out the kinks between working between the two locations. Communication is a little slow when needed questions answered.

GBAlthough I have just started using it… Although I have just started using it and it is too early to tell how I feel about it as I also haven't used everything on the site yet. I am enjoying it and am learning as I go, my teachers seem to enjoy it and my parents are liking the daily updates of their children and the security that it offers. I also am liking the ease of the billing part as it is saving me paper and time. I am very please as of now and look forward to the months ahead as I figure it all out.

GBThe Greenwood Preschool love Bright Wheel As a parent and preschool owner, I highly recommend BW to any child care facility ! It grealt improve the parent teacher communication , either for the younger group of children ( infant/ Young Toddler ) or older classes in terms of academic activities. The app itself is simple and straight forward . Our school did a soft launch for 2 weeks and 90% teachers have no problem using it on daily basis.

GBBrightwheel- ups and downs Brightwheel has many great features that are “parent facing” such as real time communication, activity updates and photos. However, on the office/billing side, their platform is underwhelming. There are minimal reports available, especially in deposits/invoices. When searching for a child or parent, you start typing in the name, then click on the child you want in the drop down, then click “apply” then click on the specific child again- its tedious and redundant. I’m looking forward to the promised new billing platform hopefully it’ll work out some kinks.
