GBGreat customer service, great product! When I found out that my old version of the app that worked with YouTube, would no longer work with the new Mac operating system, the company was very kind and gave me a discount to try the whole set of apps for an excellent price for this next year. It will be easy to see how well I like it and whether I want to continue paying the standard yearly cost one year from now. The apps work beautifully, I have always really enjoyed using Their software!

GBThey have an app called SYC2 which lets… They have an app called SYC2 which lets you download video files but then they crippled it so it doesn't work on Youtube. Softorino refuses to fix the app even though they say it is fixed in their subscription model. Then they cancelled the SYC2 app to pressure you to go to their subscription model.

GBGreat Products, Great Price, Great People Products are easy-to-use and sold at a reasonable price. Products perform as described. Customer service is swift, and the entire Support Team works to make sure that each and every concern or question is addressed to satisfaction. But one rarely has to contact them because the products are reliable.

DKSoftorino is a greedy company. This company, Softorino, bought out the Beamer 3 App that so many Mac users used for watching movies - from the former company, and are now trying to hijack people to pay a yearly subscription to get Beamer 4, or a full license for $300 (!) dollars which is 20 times what the original Beamer app cost. I bought Beamer 3 for $15. They have even discontinued download of the former app for existing customers. I get bombarded with emails from them - trying to get me to subscribe, even though I asked them not to. Such a greedy company. One of those companies that for some strange reason either have 1 star of 5 stars on trustpilot. Go figure.
