Great customer service, great product! When I found out that my old version of the app that worked with YouTube, would no longer work with the new Mac operating system, the company was very kind and gave me a discount to try the whole set of apps for an excellent price for this next year. It will be easy to see how well I like it and whether I want to continue paying the standard yearly cost one year from now.
