Great customer service, great product! When I found out that my old version of the app that worked with YouTube, would no longer work with the new Mac operating system, the company was very kind and gave me a discount to try the whole set of apps for an excellent price for this next year. It will be easy to see how well I like it and whether I want to continue paying the standard yearly cost one year from now. The apps work beautifully, I have always really enjoyed using Their software!

Josh fighting a Goliath A bit slow but future prospects should be excellent. I see Josh as fighting a Goliath (Apple) and I hope he can do a lot. After all, he is so young!

Softorino is a greedy company. This company, Softorino, bought out the Beamer 3 App that so many Mac users used for watching movies - from the former company, and are now trying to hijack people to pay a yearly subscription to get Beamer 4, or a full license for $300 (!) dollars which is 20 times what the original Beamer app cost. I bought Beamer 3 for $15. They have even discontinued download of the former app for existing customers. I get bombarded with emails from them - trying to get me to subscribe, even though I asked them not to. Such a greedy company. One of those companies that for some strange reason either have 1 star of 5 stars on trustpilot. Go figure.

Problem with Waltr 2 then resolved! Bought Waltr 2 a few months ago & it worked great until my computer crashed & burned. Tried to reload Waltr 2 onto new computer and serial number no longer worked. &*$$#!!! i got an automated message that I exceeded the number of installs. Quick email to the publisher and...crickets. No response after several business days. Basically this outfit has a pleasant video and thanks you for your money. Revision: Company finally came through and resolved the issue. The program now works flawlessly on my Macbook M1 and is a great experience!
