GBBeen using Bestpass for about two years… Been using Bestpass for about two years and it there is nothing bad you can say about him Mr. Customer Service is top-notch they answer their felt quickly when you need something and you never on hold, for that matter you really don’t need to call them anyway. They take care of everything with free pass waystation bypass it’s all simple and easy and cost-effective

GBVery important to read before you sign up I dont know what happened to a review i wrote before, it was deleted by some one but i think this may be important things yo know about this company before you sign up. They will steal from you, they will close your account, they will never answer your call or email, their customer service just does not exist. They owe us $21,000+ and wont even try to resolve it. Beware!

GBThe website and dashboard work 1/2 the… The website and dashboard work 1/2 the time. I use it both chrome and edge and it is hit or miss. Specifically the routing tool. The routing tool is a great feature and I try to use it daily but most of the time it does not work.

GBNo standing in line for us! We love using Bestpass and not having to stand in line on any of the toll roads. If definitely beats having to stress about having the right amount of cash on hand. We recently noted a problem and promptly called their customer service where we were informed that OHio and Indiana were upgrading their systems and the problem we had was their problem and not ours. I’m very thankful for this service!

GBHelpful Business Tool Bestpass has been such a helpful tool for our company! They make it easy to track our tolls, pay our tolls, and even dispute violations from New York's EZPass system. I go into our account at least once a month to make sure our transponders are working properly and toll charges are what they should be. Customer service is VERY helpful!
