Has your whole detailed account on a statement. Replenish is easy they notified you when you get low. I highly recommend this company.

Transporters devices are always working… Transporters devices are always working and make practical to pass through weight stations and Tolls. The online portal is very clear and helpful. I got a statement balance from Maryland that for some reason the cameras do not recognize my trailer and was charging me a penalty but talking to customer service about this issue not only solve the situation but talk in my favor with Transportation Maryland department to take away fee and also to not pay toll, which I did not expected!! I also like that I can see all trucks transactions/tolls/ over the country with accuracy.

Excellent customer service Best Pass has been wonderful to work with. When we need assistance they are right there to answer/help with any issue. Their customer service is very polite and patient with all questions. Very professional and helpful.

Bestpass Customer Service is Second to None I work with multiple tolling partners, and in my experience, Bestpass has always had the best service. They take the time to understand the question and answer it thoughtfully; no generic replies or responses that only half answer the question. After they close each customer service case, they send a survey, and I've never answered anything less than a perfect 10. It would be great if all companies were like this.
