GBExcellent customer service Best Pass has been wonderful to work with. When we need assistance they are right there to answer/help with any issue. Their customer service is very polite and patient with all questions. Very professional and helpful.

GBTransponder works reliably Transponder works reliably, fees are reasonable and enough money is saved in tolls to make it worth while. Saves time too, since I dont have to keep track of due dates for toll payment or figure out where payment needs to go. I will say however, the required auto-pay can be inconvenient at times. I wish you could pick a date or day of week to have it withdrawal instead of it withdrawaling as soon as you account goes below threshold. Edit - Be advised, Bestpass will change your prepay amount when they deem fit and only let you know in their replenishment request. The courtesy of a phone call to discuss this would've been better.

GBVery important to read before you sign up I dont know what happened to a review i wrote before, it was deleted by some one but i think this may be important things yo know about this company before you sign up. They will steal from you, they will close your account, they will never answer your call or email, their customer service just does not exist. They owe us $21,000+ and wont even try to resolve it. Beware!

GBGreat customer service...only issue is… Great customer service...only issue is I wish it was a one stop shop for the weigh station pass and toll pass. Going through different agents from different departments brings confusion.

GBThe website and dashboard work 1/2 the… The website and dashboard work 1/2 the time. I use it both chrome and edge and it is hit or miss. Specifically the routing tool. The routing tool is a great feature and I try to use it daily but most of the time it does not work.
