My sites were constantly being hacked as compared to similar sites on a different host (based in Australia) that never seemed to be attacked. Their so called customer service consists of lots of cut and paste emails mainly. They had the audacity to take my site down on a Friday evening due to what they termed a phishing risk - had they checked they would have seen that I have removed the infected files. Because their "abuse team" only work bank hours - monday to friday, 9am-5pm - it meant my site was down the entire weekend. My client was having melt downs. Pleas to the "support team" were ignored - in fact they seemed to revel in the power they had over me. A really horrible, awful experience dealing with these guys. Totally unprofessional. I couldnt advise more strongly to look elsewhere. Yes they are cheap and like most things in life, you absolutely get what you pay for.

Over the last 15 years Over the last 15 years, I have worked with 4 different companies for my own VPS hosting. Apart from the first two that I left because it was to expensive, I was really unlucky with the third one. Then I found Knownhost, The support is simply NUMBER 1, so far, after almost 2 years I do not have had any support question answered in a time over 10min. So happy with them that I even recommend them to one of my clients, which I normally never do in case of a bad experience. But the client is today as happy with the quality and service that I am.

Used over 15 web hosts - Known Host are #1 Tried many hosts over the 30+ years I have been running websites. I can't say enough good things about Known Host. They are always so responsive, and time and time again provide excellent customer service. I was motivated to write this review after the employee Nivin P. went above and beyond to help resolve an issue on one of my websites. The level of support they offered was incredible and i just wanted to single them out personally for that amazing level of support.

VPS with a peace of mind Have been using their services for a bit over a year now with not even one complaint. No downtime, support is excellent and 24/7. Before I found these guys, I used 3 other VPS providers. Some had excess downtimes and some lacked the support I needed. Knownhost are really an elite company. I can sit back a relax knowing my websites are in good hands.

Knownhost HORRIBLE service Their support is terrible, so much time wasted EVERY time we open a ticket. Too much back and forth due to their inefficiencies and complete lack of process and consistency. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone that relies on tech support to do the same. There are tons of hosting companies out there, no need to tolerate this.
