Great and fast support No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. First class service and no nonsense I have been with Knownhost for a couple of years only after trying 3 other US based companies. I am always amazed at their quick and efficient 24/7 support. Their prices are also extremely competitive. If you think you can save a few bucks by being on a shared cloud server think again as being on Knownhost's VPS is the way forward. Over the last 15 years Over the last 15 years, I have worked with 4 different companies for my own VPS hosting. Apart from the first two that I left because it was to expensive, I was really unlucky with the third one. Then I found Knownhost, The support is simply NUMBER 1, so far, after almost 2 years I do not have had any support question answered in a time over 10min. So happy with them that I even recommend them to one of my clients, which I normally never do in case of a bad experience. But the client is today as happy with the quality and service that I am.
