Fantastic Servers, Affordable and First Class support I have been using various web hosting companies since 2007. Knownhost is among the ones I have used and still using ,and I can wholeheartedly recommend them . --Support is First Class --Price is affordable- --Uptime is excellent. infact they even display their live(real time) statistic on their website for you to see. ---server response time in various location is super and is within the industry standard. All websites technical problems have always been resolved within minutes, and i was always updated whilst they resolve them. VPS with a peace of mind Have been using their services for a bit over a year now with not even one complaint. No downtime, support is excellent and 24/7. Before I found these guys, I used 3 other VPS providers. Some had excess downtimes and some lacked the support I needed. Knownhost are really an elite company. I can sit back a relax knowing my websites are in good hands.

Customer 3 Years I'm seriously impressed by Knownhost. I have their VPS2 product get a pay ahead discount so that knocks the cost down even more. Their pricing is on par with other hosts out there but their uptime is the impressive part. I literally question the monitoring service when I get an alert because it's usually one ping that failed and when I go to my site(s) on my phone they work. I'm actually considering rewriting the api for an app I created from ASP.NET WebAPI to NodeJS just so I can host my app with Knownhost... I have my app with Microsoft Azure and their product is about 3 times as much and way slower. It would be about a 400 hour ordeal to rewrite the entire backend, still it's being considered.

Used over 15 web hosts - Known Host are #1 Tried many hosts over the 30+ years I have been running websites. I can't say enough good things about Known Host. They are always so responsive, and time and time again provide excellent customer service. I was motivated to write this review after the employee Nivin P. went above and beyond to help resolve an issue on one of my websites. The level of support they offered was incredible and i just wanted to single them out personally for that amazing level of support.

Worst hosting experience ever. Worst hosting experience ever. My sites were constantly being hacked as compared to similar sites on a different host (based in Australia) that never seemed to be attacked. Their so called customer service consists of lots of cut and paste emails mainly. They had the audacity to take my site down on a Friday evening due to what they termed a phishing risk - had they checked they would have seen that I have removed the infected files. Because their "abuse team" only work bank hours - monday to friday, 9am-5pm - it meant my site was down the entire weekend. My client was having melt downs. Pleas to the "support team" were ignored - in fact they seemed to revel in the power they had over me. A really horrible, awful experience dealing with these guys. Totally unprofessional. I couldnt advise more strongly to look elsewhere. Yes they are cheap and like most things in life, you absolutely get what you pay for.
