First class service and no nonsense I have been with Knownhost for a couple of years only after trying 3 other US based companies. I am always amazed at their quick and efficient 24/7 support. Their prices are also extremely competitive. If you think you can save a few bucks by being on a shared cloud server think again as being on Knownhost's VPS is the way forward. Very happy customer, I would give them a try Just transferred from Hostgator after 15 years. Server down time was past 47 hours in less than 30 days. Do far our experience with knownhost has been exceptional from pre-purchase questions and help with migration (which went smoothly). The website performance is so so much faster already! Very excited to no longer have to worry about hours on end downtime know who I'm talking to understands me!
