Bad support -

VPS with a peace of mind Have been using their services for a bit over a year now with not even one complaint. No downtime, support is excellent and 24/7. Before I found these guys, I used 3 other VPS providers. Some had excess downtimes and some lacked the support I needed. Knownhost are really an elite company. I can sit back a relax knowing my websites are in good hands.

Great and fast support No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help.
