Knownhost HORRIBLE service Their support is terrible, so much time wasted EVERY time we open a ticket. Too much back and forth due to their inefficiencies and complete lack of process and consistency. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone that relies on tech support to do the same. There are tons of hosting companies out there, no need to tolerate this.

VPS with a peace of mind Have been using their services for a bit over a year now with not even one complaint. No downtime, support is excellent and 24/7. Before I found these guys, I used 3 other VPS providers. Some had excess downtimes and some lacked the support I needed. Knownhost are really an elite company. I can sit back a relax knowing my websites are in good hands.

First class service and no nonsense I have been with Knownhost for a couple of years only after trying 3 other US based companies. I am always amazed at their quick and efficient 24/7 support. Their prices are also extremely competitive. If you think you can save a few bucks by being on a shared cloud server think again as being on Knownhost's VPS is the way forward. I've been using this company for my… I've been using this company for my hosting for about 8 years and although I usually have performance issues that's probably more related with the complexity of Wordpress. Features, price, support are great and I am very happy with them.
