Great and fast support No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. I've been very satisfied with the resolution and communication of all the support tickets I've had over the last couple of years. Keep it up folks!

Look elsewhere About a month ago, complete outage at their data center in Seattle left many of us customers down for a day. There was no backup plan or process so to speak. They had to restore things manually. And even then things went wrong - it didn't help that the admins were in the forums being antagonistic about people's responses. Then today in the middle of the work day, our server goes offline. Email, domain... etc. Notify tech support and they inform me that they were moving the VPS between nodes and that there would be a period of downtime. Were we notified? No. Could they have done such a move after hours? Probably. Complete joke and a train wreck of a company.

VPS with a peace of mind Have been using their services for a bit over a year now with not even one complaint. No downtime, support is excellent and 24/7. Before I found these guys, I used 3 other VPS providers. Some had excess downtimes and some lacked the support I needed. Knownhost are really an elite company. I've been using this company for my… I've been using this company for my hosting for about 8 years and although I usually have performance issues that's probably more related with the complexity of Wordpress. Features, price, support are great and I am very happy with them.
