Excellent hosting provider I am using Knownhost since Aug 2023. They have best support times as well as support problem solving, Their VPS and Dedicated hosting both are amazing. I tried a lot of hosting before but now I can see Knownhost is one of the best. Thank to Knownhost and their team members. 😍

Runaway and do not look back try Nestify at least they listen So this company bought out Host Asset, which offered unlimited sites and great service. So when I was moved to Knownhost I was updating some sites and noticed that there was somethings that were not updating, after some research I found that I had to reinstall the site, well, that is when the scam was revealled. Because I signed up with HostAsset, and had unlimited, Knownhost refused to honor the agreement, while I could fight it, it is not worth it. Especially due to the slow hosting and bad customer service. Also, if you site is hacked due to their lack of security bad luck, you are on your own. They will block you access and then play games. Also, the abuse supervisor really needs to change the name, even tho he deserves abuse, they need to change it to something like the caring supervisor, even though that would be an oxymoron.

Look elsewhere About a month ago, complete outage at their data center in Seattle left many of us customers down for a day. There was no backup plan or process so to speak. They had to restore things manually. And even then things went wrong - it didn't help that the admins were in the forums being antagonistic about people's responses. Then today in the middle of the work day, our server goes offline. Email, domain... etc. Notify tech support and they inform me that they were moving the VPS between nodes and that there would be a period of downtime. Were we notified? No. Could they have done such a move after hours? Probably. Complete joke and a train wreck of a company.

Fantastic Servers, Affordable and First Class support I have been using various web hosting companies since 2007. Knownhost is among the ones I have used and still using ,and I can wholeheartedly recommend them . --Support is First Class --Price is affordable- --Uptime is excellent. infact they even display their live(real time) statistic on their website for you to see. ---server response time in various location is super and is within the industry standard. I've been using this company for my… I've been using this company for my hosting for about 8 years and although I usually have performance issues that's probably more related with the complexity of Wordpress. Features, price, support are great and I am very happy with them.
