GBGreat and fast support No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. I've been very satisfied with the resolution and communication of all the support tickets I've had over the last couple of years. Keep it up folks!

AUWorst hosting experience ever. Worst hosting experience ever. My sites were constantly being hacked as compared to similar sites on a different host (based in Australia) that never seemed to be attacked. Their so called customer service consists of lots of cut and paste emails mainly. They had the audacity to take my site down on a Friday evening due to what they termed a phishing risk - had they checked they would have seen that I have removed the infected files. Because their "abuse team" only work bank hours - monday to friday, 9am-5pm - it meant my site was down the entire weekend. My client was having melt downs. Pleas to the "support team" were ignored - in fact they seemed to revel in the power they had over me. A really horrible, awful experience dealing with these guys. Totally unprofessional. I couldnt advise more strongly to look elsewhere. Yes they are cheap and like most things in life, you absolutely get what you pay for.

GBVery happy customer, I would give them a try Just transferred from Hostgator after 15 years. Server down time was past 47 hours in less than 30 days. Do far our experience with knownhost has been exceptional from pre-purchase questions and help with migration (which went smoothly). The website performance is so so much faster already! Very excited to no longer have to worry about hours on end downtime know who I'm talking to understands me!

GBFantastic Servers, Affordable and First Class support I have been using various web hosting companies since 2007. Knownhost is among the ones I have used and still using ,and I can wholeheartedly recommend them . --Support is First Class --Price is affordable- --Uptime is excellent. infact they even display their live(real time) statistic on their website for you to see. ---server response time in various location is super and is within the industry standard. All websites technical problems have always been resolved within minutes, and i was always updated whilst they resolve them. GBLook elsewhere About a month ago, complete outage at their data center in Seattle left many of us customers down for a day. There was no backup plan or process so to speak. They had to restore things manually. And even then things went wrong - it didn't help that the admins were in the forums being antagonistic about people's responses. Then today in the middle of the work day, our server goes offline. Email, domain... etc. Notify tech support and they inform me that they were moving the VPS between nodes and that there would be a period of downtime. Were we notified? No. Could they have done such a move after hours? Probably. Complete joke and a train wreck of a company.
