Knownhost HORRIBLE service Their support is terrible, so much time wasted EVERY time we open a ticket. Too much back and forth due to their inefficiencies and complete lack of process and consistency. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone that relies on tech support to do the same. There are tons of hosting companies out there, no need to tolerate this.

VPS with a peace of mind Have been using their services for a bit over a year now with not even one complaint. No downtime, support is excellent and 24/7. Before I found these guys, I used 3 other VPS providers. Some had excess downtimes and some lacked the support I needed. Knownhost are really an elite company. I can sit back a relax knowing my websites are in good hands.

Excellent hosting provider I am using Knownhost since Aug 2023. They have best support times as well as support problem solving, Their VPS and Dedicated hosting both are amazing. 5 year review, still superb We’ve been with these guys since around 2017, had to move because the company where we hosted for acquired and the new support want great (we were used to great, not good) Since then we’ve really tested their support and I can with all honesty say it as been SUPERB 99% of the time, the other 1% was just good hehe. We’ve now grown quite a bit and their friendly staff has definitely played a roll in that, from the guys at billing to the very CTO they’re always ready to help and provide an awesome service. Our site is webfica and we’ve even added a powered by knownhost on our footer.

I've been using this company for my… I've been using this company for my hosting for about 8 years and although I usually have performance issues that's probably more related with the complexity of Wordpress. Features, price, support are great and I am very happy with them.
