First class service and no nonsense I have been with Knownhost for a couple of years only after trying 3 other US based companies. I am always amazed at their quick and efficient 24/7 support. Their prices are also extremely competitive. If you think you can save a few bucks by being on a shared cloud server think again as being on Knownhost's VPS is the way forward. Great and fast support No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. Knownhost HORRIBLE service Their support is terrible, so much time wasted EVERY time we open a ticket. Too much back and forth due to their inefficiencies and complete lack of process and consistency. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone that relies on tech support to do the same. There are tons of hosting companies out there, no need to tolerate this.
