Very happy customer, I would give them a try Just transferred from Hostgator after 15 years. Server down time was past 47 hours in less than 30 days. Do far our experience with knownhost has been exceptional from pre-purchase questions and help with migration (which went smoothly). The website performance is so so much faster already! Very excited to no longer have to worry about hours on end downtime know who I'm talking to understands me!

Knownhost HORRIBLE service Their support is terrible, so much time wasted EVERY time we open a ticket. Too much back and forth due to their inefficiencies and complete lack of process and consistency. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone that relies on tech support to do the same. There are tons of hosting companies out there, no need to tolerate this.

Great and fast support No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. I've been very satisfied with the resolution and communication of all the support tickets I've had over the last couple of years. Keep it up folks!
