Used over 15 web hosts - Known Host are #1 Tried many hosts over the 30+ years I have been running websites. I can't say enough good things about Known Host. They are always so responsive, and time and time again provide excellent customer service. I was motivated to write this review after the employee Nivin P. went above and beyond to help resolve an issue on one of my websites. The level of support they offered was incredible and i just wanted to single them out personally for that amazing level of support.

Worst experience they can scam you I was using their services since 2019, their renewal rates were increased and they pushed me to use upgraded reseller package. I decided to move my files from their server and then happened the WORST thing, They told me on chat that i would be able to move my files till Tuesday, They suddenly suspended my services and asked me to pay 20 Usd in order to access my WHM for 2 minutes to download the backup. I had long discussion with their support team and they were just forcing me to pay money.. My website was down for 4 hours just to wait for their support to respond.Their support team is poor and they can Scam you. I have left 4 Usd in their so called in house credit that they overcharged, just to show how faulty their system is. Stay away and choose a better Web host...!!

Fantastic Servers, Affordable and First Class support I have been using various web hosting companies since 2007. Knownhost is among the ones I have used and still using ,and I can wholeheartedly recommend them . --Support is First Class --Price is affordable- --Uptime is excellent. infact they even display their live(real time) statistic on their website for you to see. ---server response time in various location is super and is within the industry standard. All websites technical problems have always been resolved within minutes, and i was always updated whilst they resolve them. Excellent hosting provider I am using Knownhost since Aug 2023. They have best support times as well as support problem solving, Their VPS and Dedicated hosting both are amazing. I tried a lot of hosting before but now I can see Knownhost is one of the best. Thank to Knownhost and their team members. 😍

Worst hosting experience ever. Worst hosting experience ever. My sites were constantly being hacked as compared to similar sites on a different host (based in Australia) that never seemed to be attacked. Their so called customer service consists of lots of cut and paste emails mainly. They had the audacity to take my site down on a Friday evening due to what they termed a phishing risk - had they checked they would have seen that I have removed the infected files. Because their "abuse team" only work bank hours - monday to friday, 9am-5pm - it meant my site was down the entire weekend. My client was having melt downs. Pleas to the "support team" were ignored - in fact they seemed to revel in the power they had over me. A really horrible, awful experience dealing with these guys. Totally unprofessional. I couldnt advise more strongly to look elsewhere. Yes they are cheap and like most things in life, you absolutely get what you pay for.
