Cin7 core is a very efficient Inventory… Cin7 core is a very efficient Inventory software package and I personally find it super easy to navigate. In my role I use the reporting function and I can always find what I need here. A huge plus is that it syncs seamlessly with Xero for our financial accounting.

Great for small wholesaler / manufacturer In July 2023 we moved our subsidiary business onto a combination of Cin7 Core and Xero, after 15+ years on an old server-based system. Within 3 months of going live we were better able to track profitability on stock sales and manufacture / install jobs within the system, rather than manipulating data from several sources in spreadsheets. The link with Xero also makes it easy to produce meaningful management information with relative ease compared to what we were doing before. We still find the odd quirk we have to find a work around for, but in general it's been a great move and in hindsight one we could / should have made a long time ago.

Cin7 Core Assembly / Allocating Of Components Not Working for 7 Days (So far) Cin7 Core is an inventory management system, and a rather pricy one at that. Since 7 days ago we have been unable to manufacture and control our components quantities because there is a fault in Cin7 Core which does not allocate the components when an assembly is done. To make matters worse, support is included in the fee we pay, but support has gone dark. So for 7 days we have been unable to manufacture and keep track of the components used. 7 days is 25% of a month and that's substantial down time, not to mention going out of stock of SKUs and the consequential losses.

Cin 7 Core Cin 7 Core is a great inventory management system which allows us to manage and process all our purchases, production and sales in one place. The customer portals allows our customers to view our product offering and place orders with ease.

Going through changes, hopefully they can keep improving Cin7 are going through a lot of changes. The costs have gone up and there has been several updates and features added in recent times. We have been a customer now for 7 years and rely on their software for daily operations. Don't get me wrong, we have had no POS for a week and support has a lot of improving to do, they have promised there is a lot of changes happening, I just hope they can deliver.
