Great ERP for SMBs Have used Cin7 Core (previously Dear) since I began in my role in Supply Chain. Really good system managing a complex business linking with many different WMS systems and accounting software etc. The best aspect however is the support function, great account management and IT support helping to quickly solve any issues that arise.

Cin7 core is a very efficient Inventory… Cin7 core is a very efficient Inventory software package and I personally find it super easy to navigate. In my role I use the reporting function and I can always find what I need here. A huge plus is that it syncs seamlessly with Xero for our financial accounting.

Terrible Support!!! Terrible Support!!! I have been using the platform for one year now. The platform is pretty good, although some really basic features have not been thought through. I was sold on the fact that they had really good after-sales service, and sure you get to chat but the people on the other end don't know what they are doing and just answer questions with irrelevant information. The only way you get support is by paying $$$$ for a Cin 7 expert. The B2B Portal is really clunky and unadaptable. CIN 7 you really need to offer Phone support and have staff that actually know what they are talking about.
