GBIt worked but..... The users didn't complain about the software so it seemed to work and perform as it was meant to. We need another user and all their plans are per user. The decision was made to go with a different provider. Auto renew was on and to turn it off I had to fill in their series of questions. I think it speaks poorly of a company to force that when turning off auto renew should be an easy and accessible choice for me, not a data mining experience. I understand their desire for the information but I think this speaks of a companies general culture in how they view their customers, sheep in a field to be sheared or valued clients that deserve some respect.

GBExcellent RMS software that just works As a small MSP and IT support operation we switched from LMI Rescue to Splashtop SOS 3 years ago. Excellent software that works perfectly, is stable, reliable, easy to use and *fast*. Most of all, it costs a fraction of Logmein and Teamviewer. Support is first rate, the rare times we needed to contact them related to Ubuntu glitches and they responded instantly. Reading some of the reviews here I'm stunned that someone claims it contains malware - this is an outrageous lie and quite defamatory. Cui bono I guess. My only bugbear with Splashtop is that it cannot support multiple Splashtop accounts on one device. If it did I would have sent them hundreds of new customers. Highly recommended and I remain a happy client.

GBVery good service and customer support… Very good service and customer support at a very competitive price. Annual Renewal pricing stays the same as long as you don't change your feature pkg. (no more annual 20-30% increases)!

GBSwitched from Logmein and never looked back After using Logmein and having prices hiked up to stupid money I switched to Splashtop about 4 years ago now. I provide IT support for my clients so rely on it everyday and it works great. As long as they don't get greedy and hike up the price I will happily remain a customer.

GBSplashtop remote access We use Splashtop remote access to access clients computers remotely. It is a very easy solution to configure and works great. The software supports multiple monitors, which is a plus. You can transfer files to and from remote clients. Printing is super easy. Overall it is a great solution for remote access and very reasonably priced to boot.
