Splashtop remote access We use Splashtop remote access to access clients computers remotely. It is a very easy solution to configure and works great. The software supports multiple monitors, which is a plus. You can transfer files to and from remote clients. Printing is super easy. Overall it is a great solution for remote access and very reasonably priced to boot.

Beware! Their software contains malware Beware. I am a self employed Helpdesk Engineer and I downloaded this software as an alternative to Teamviewer as it's quite a lot cheaper. I would hazard a guess that this is a rogue company. Not only does their software contain malware, it blocks the installation of anti virus software. Their certification is out of date (SHA256 authentication) and their helpdesk is fake - kept in 4th place of a non existent queue for over half an hour. I'm very glad I didn't subscribe.

Massively frustrating. Unable to use paid account. Unable to use my account as it states I need to verify using a link they send me via e-mail. The link never comes. Unable to contact by telephone as answer message asks to choose an option but doesn't respond when choosing an option and then cuts you off. No contact with human by their chat portal.

Genuine, Reliable, Secure and Affordable This is an absolutely genuine and reliable provider. I have used Splashtop for several years. As a small, independent IT provider, this product fits my budget, meets all of my remote support needs and satisfies my clients. The support staff takes security very seriously. I don't hesitate in recommending Splashtop as an in-house or remote support solution.

Awful Technical Support, Awful Technical Support, My support ticket was open 5 days ago. Nobody did take the time to address it. I tried to find the solution via Phone & chat Support, no success. After waited in a queue 20 min they closed the call/chat with no support. Left negative feedback in App Store to reflect their unreliability as a software company!
