GBSplashtop is exceptional I have been using Splashtop since 2016. The service has been reliable the entire time. No complaints about the software. There are benefits besides file transfer, and being able to log in to different PCs and Macs from my desktop. It's incredibly helpful being able to see a client's screen (and use a tiny virtual keyboard + mouse) on my phone in a parking lot. In those urgent situations, seeing the screen can save hours of verbal back-and-forth. I had one hiccup with the company when the legacy plan I had been on for many years was abruptly canceled. Even though I'm a tiny fish in the remote desktop ecosystem, Splashtop later reached out with a win/win solution. In a world where cold business practices and poor customer service are becoming more commonplace, I felt like the people of Splashtop took a personal interest in making things right - which is truly exceptional.

IEAwful Technical Support, Awful Technical Support, My support ticket was open 5 days ago. Nobody did take the time to address it. I tried to find the solution via Phone & chat Support, no success. After waited in a queue 20 min they closed the call/chat with no support. Left negative feedback in App Store to reflect their unreliability as a software company!

GBIt worked but..... The users didn't complain about the software so it seemed to work and perform as it was meant to. We need another user and all their plans are per user. The decision was made to go with a different provider. Auto renew was on and to turn it off I had to fill in their series of questions. I think it speaks poorly of a company to force that when turning off auto renew should be an easy and accessible choice for me, not a data mining experience. I understand their desire for the information but I think this speaks of a companies general culture in how they view their customers, sheep in a field to be sheared or valued clients that deserve some respect.

GBBeware! Their software contains malware Beware. I am a self employed Helpdesk Engineer and I downloaded this software as an alternative to Teamviewer as it's quite a lot cheaper. I would hazard a guess that this is a rogue company. Not only does their software contain malware, it blocks the installation of anti virus software. Their certification is out of date (SHA256 authentication) and their helpdesk is fake - kept in 4th place of a non existent queue for over half an hour. I'm very glad I didn't subscribe.

IEReliable - Highly Recommend. Reliable, easy to use, perfection. The customer service is great - very helpful, friendly and quick. I couldnt imagine working from home with out it. It was recommended to me by the company IT dept. as it is secure also. Fantastic Software - highly recommend.
