Fast remote desktop access from any device I love their remote desktop access. It's lightning fast and allows me to easily connect from ANY device to my computer at home and at the office. I love the fact that I can install their business app (which is needed for remote control) can be installed free of charge to an unlimited amount of devices and literally on any device. I streak 4k video at 60 frames per second.

Splashtop remote access We use Splashtop remote access to access clients computers remotely. It is a very easy solution to configure and works great. The software supports multiple monitors, which is a plus. You can transfer files to and from remote clients. Printing is super easy. Overall it is a great solution for remote access and very reasonably priced to boot.

Choose a different provider Application does a decent job at mirroring my work computer, however they are advertising that they offer a 'blank screen' but it never works. When I try to get support to help fix the problem, my questions and comments about the issue are ignored. I was sent extremely vague instructions on how to fix the issue, which I had to google most of the instructions and the 'blank screen' still didn't work. This is frustrating. I paid more for the 'blank screen' feature, and it has never worked. I even paid more for that feature to be available. I suggest choosing a different provider.

Awful Technical Support, Awful Technical Support, My support ticket was open 5 days ago. Nobody did take the time to address it. I tried to find the solution via Phone & chat Support, no success. After waited in a queue 20 min they closed the call/chat with no support. Left negative feedback in App Store to reflect their unreliability as a software company!

Splashtop is exceptional I have been using Splashtop since 2016. The service has been reliable the entire time. No complaints about the software. There are benefits besides file transfer, and being able to log in to different PCs and Macs from my desktop. It's incredibly helpful being able to see a client's screen (and use a tiny virtual keyboard + mouse) on my phone in a parking lot. In those urgent situations, seeing the screen can save hours of verbal back-and-forth. I had one hiccup with the company when the legacy plan I had been on for many years was abruptly canceled. Even though I'm a tiny fish in the remote desktop ecosystem, Splashtop later reached out with a win/win solution. In a world where cold business practices and poor customer service are becoming more commonplace, I felt like the people of Splashtop took a personal interest in making things right - which is truly exceptional.
