GBPoor customer service? Update: Resolved after submitting a second ticket. --- Original: I recently opened a ticket (January 6th) regarding a subscription I didn't realise I still had with Splashtop. It's unused so I wanted to cancel it. I was told that as I didn't have an active session and it was still within 30 days that I would get a refund as well. They asked me to confirm some details regarding the original payment which I did. I heard nothing back to date and when I checked my ticket (318353) I noticed it was closed and no customer feedback was required. I assume it was silently closed so that I wouldn't be aware of it. I've since opened another ticket to ask why this is and what the status is regarding the refund that I have yet to receive, but it's not looking promising at all. I'll update this review with more information as and when I have any, and if the outcome changes to be a positive one then I'll change the rating to reflect that. If someone at Splashtop sees this, the original ticket ID is 318353.

GBChoose a different provider Application does a decent job at mirroring my work computer, however they are advertising that they offer a 'blank screen' but it never works. When I try to get support to help fix the problem, my questions and comments about the issue are ignored. I was sent extremely vague instructions on how to fix the issue, which I had to google most of the instructions and the 'blank screen' still didn't work. This is frustrating. I paid more for the 'blank screen' feature, and it has never worked. I even paid more for that feature to be available. I suggest choosing a different provider.

TWBeen using the product for at least 8 years. Been using the product for 12 years (since Splashtop was first launched on AppStore)... the product has kept on getting better -- features, performance, reliability, etc. & it's much more cost effective than alternative. Solid customer support as well.

NLIntuitive and fast remote access from any device It a super intuitive solution and I can remotely access my 7 devices from any device. I remotely access my Windows & MacOS computers and my single Android device. All through 1 simple app called the business app which I can install on any device for free. Even the mobile app from the business app is super intuitive and works like a charm. Obviously it's not ideal to remotely access a computer via a mobile phone, but it does the trick pretty well. From a performance perspective, I've used VPN to remotely view my local TV, but with Splashtop is significantly faster. I can stream 4k to my laptop, tablet from my home computer which has my TV subscription. It also transfer the sound perfectly The cost for this solution is a fraction to what other suppliers ask.

GBIt worked but..... The users didn't complain about the software so it seemed to work and perform as it was meant to. We need another user and all their plans are per user. The decision was made to go with a different provider. Auto renew was on and to turn it off I had to fill in their series of questions. I think it speaks poorly of a company to force that when turning off auto renew should be an easy and accessible choice for me, not a data mining experience. I understand their desire for the information but I think this speaks of a companies general culture in how they view their customers, sheep in a field to be sheared or valued clients that deserve some respect.
