GBGreat wing man I mostly use another product for remote support but have recently added RemotePC to my toolbox as it meshes in well where my primary software is lacking. It gives me the flexibility to work without requiring client input. Works well although it can be a little funky to configure initially. Overall, it's a good product and a good value.

GBThe ability to show two monitors on… The ability to show two monitors on separate screens is amazing and fairly straightforward! There is a bit of lag issue when dealing with Programs like autocad that I did not have with Microsoft Remote Desktop. The biggest downside is the lack of usability of my mouse scroll bar as a button. It gets tons of lag and becomes unusable to pan or orbit.

GBCan’t address basic bugs We’ve had a ticket open since May of 2023 regarding automatic updates not occurring. Whenever we have an issue, the team loves to tell us that our version is not the latest so that they can push off issues. Their software still does not automatically update, it’s been over 8 months and multiple check-ins on the same, and they apparently quietly close tickets without responding. I’ve asked to speak with a manager at least 3 times over the course of 8 months and no one has reached out. I really doubt they would be helpful, but I would really appreciate basic service regarding a basic issue sooner than 8-9 months and ongoing.

GBHow to use the program I downloaded the program and called customer support they helped me walk through how to get the best out of the application. They told me to leave it on all the time on the host computer, something I would not have thought of and saved me a great deal of future problems. It has been very successful in connecting to the host from off site.

PTScam - dont issue invoice This site is a scam, it is impossible to talk to someone without paying, and they refuse to issue an invoice for payments made!!! I already send email to support the answear is that i have to upgrade to another product to have a invoice. Already chatted several times with Remote Pc support always the same answear trying to contact the sales and billing department and never can... Below every body can see their answear, one year and the answear is this, spend more money with us if you want a invoice... "I took a look and currently the SOHO plan does not qualify for the VAT ID. The account needs to be upgraded to the Team or Enterprise plan to qualify for the VAT ID. Let me know if you need any steps to upgrade the account?"
