GBWas using a "free" version of Teamviewer I was using the "free" version of Teamviewer, but found that it did not meet my needs, first because it was missing features like remote printing, and then stopped working after a while. I started searching for an alternative, and found RemotePC. I trusted the company, because I have already been an Idrive user for several years. I have an office but also work from home, and have a need to login to either computer while away. I found that RemotePC meets my needs, is easy to use, and is very reasonably priced. A great value for the money!

GBCan’t address basic bugs We’ve had a ticket open since May of 2023 regarding automatic updates not occurring. Whenever we have an issue, the team loves to tell us that our version is not the latest so that they can push off issues. Their software still does not automatically update, it’s been over 8 months and multiple check-ins on the same, and they apparently quietly close tickets without responding. I’ve asked to speak with a manager at least 3 times over the course of 8 months and no one has reached out. I really doubt they would be helpful, but I would really appreciate basic service regarding a basic issue sooner than 8-9 months and ongoing.

GBVery poor software and worse support. Very poor software and worse support. You cannot use the native resolution of you monitor unless you use scroll bars or best fit option which makes everything blurry. By far the worst fault. No usb redirection Useless support. Stutters and generally slow compared to others

GBGreat wing man I mostly use another product for remote support but have recently added RemotePC to my toolbox as it meshes in well where my primary software is lacking. It gives me the flexibility to work without requiring client input. Works well although it can be a little funky to configure initially. Overall, it's a good product and a good value.

GBToo many issues with Remote Desktop I was having too many issues trying to use Remote Desktop to connect to one of my remote work computers. So, I found the Remote PC product and found that it provides me much more than the Remote Desktop product. It was easy to install and configure. I was able to figure out all of the options without referring to any documentation. The only thing I still haven't figured out is how to share clipboard contents between devices. All in all, a very good product!
