GBRemote access to office computers when working from home Due to staff having to self Isolate we needed remote access software to enable them to work from home. Our IT company suggested RemotePC. I found it simple to get registered, download and install the software. Having multi-factor authentication gave us some assurance of security and also each separate computer has its own personal pin for access. A great bonus for us was not having to purchase a fixed IP address for our router as RemotePC bypasses this. We got up and running very quickly and users can also use their local printers. I would recommend RemotePC as a simple, cost effective solution enabling remote access for home workers.

USRemote PC is AMAZING Remote PC is AMAZING! For years we have been held hostage by TeamViewer and their super high prices. TeamViewer is not a good product and fails often. It was very stressful for our team. We are a small company of 4-5 employees. Remote PC has fixed all the issues we had with remote connectivity and works FLAWLESSLY for a fraction of the price! This is the best deal on connection software available and it works perfectly! Thank you SO much for solving a pain point for my company!! We are HUGE fans of this service!!

USWas using a "free" version of Teamviewer I was using the "free" version of Teamviewer, but found that it did not meet my needs, first because it was missing features like remote printing, and then stopped working after a while. I started searching for an alternative, and found RemotePC. I trusted the company, because I have already been an Idrive user for several years. I have an office but also work from home, and have a need to login to either computer while away. I found that RemotePC meets my needs, is easy to use, and is very reasonably priced. A great value for the money!

NLRemotePC (owned by iDrive) support is… RemotePC (owned by iDrive) support is non existstent. No matter you are a paid customer. Chat function support can’t solve anything. And emails are not answered. Seems like HQ is based in a country like India and don’t hire support employees.

GBVery poor software and worse support. Very poor software and worse support. You cannot use the native resolution of you monitor unless you use scroll bars or best fit option which makes everything blurry. By far the worst fault. No usb redirection Useless support. Stutters and generally slow compared to others
