RemotePC is good at what they do RemotePC is good at what they do. I wish that their connection was more consistent with speed and latency when connecting to a partner computer and when opening programs within that computer. There is some input delay but with the price and package options they offer it absolutely makes up for it. I am glad I can choose what option works best for my team and me.

Too many issues with Remote Desktop I was having too many issues trying to use Remote Desktop to connect to one of my remote work computers. So, I found the Remote PC product and found that it provides me much more than the Remote Desktop product. It was easy to install and configure. I was able to figure out all of the options without referring to any documentation. The only thing I still haven't figured out is how to share clipboard contents between devices. All in all, a very good product!

The ability to show two monitors on… The ability to show two monitors on separate screens is amazing and fairly straightforward! There is a bit of lag issue when dealing with Programs like autocad that I did not have with Microsoft Remote Desktop. The biggest downside is the lack of usability of my mouse scroll bar as a button. It gets tons of lag and becomes unusable to pan or orbit.

Remote software is okay Remote software is okay. It's great that it works with PC and Mac but for Macs I have a few gripes like the keyboard shortcuts don't match like they do with other remote software I've used. There is lag on connections to computers that I do not have lag with using other remote services. The price is obviously great but the product needs some work before I will become a full subscriber.

You cannot use the native resolution of you monitor unless you use scroll bars or best fit option which makes everything blurry. By far the worst fault. No usb redirection Useless support. Stutters and generally slow compared to others
