GBDidn't send my item! Didn't send my item! Ok so I waited a week, tracking number never updated. I wrote a 2 star review here but then deleted it because after informing them that I hadn't received the item, they reissued the parcel. Sounds fair enough except ... Royal Mail just informed me that the first parcel/tracking number was actually never received by them! "Thanks for your message, apologies for the delay in response. Having checked the tracking, we have no confirmation of this item being dispatched from the senders this is the reason for no updates. Please get in touch with the senders to discuss directly and request further information. I hope this helps. ^Jay" Fingers crossed I actually receive the next one but I won't be using them again!

GBGreat VCC Provider, Slow Support Team Been using Edge since beta. Their 10% cashback and free ACH transfers are as good as they sound. The multiple VCCs and compatibility with Apple and Google Pay are a big plus. However, their 24/7 support is a bit slow, not quite the speed I'd expect. A solid 4 nonetheless
