Springracks is definitely not it I've got mixed feelings about SpringRacks. The features they offer are tempting, and when it's working, it's an OK experience. Their panel can be counter intuitive, especially the reinstall server that could mean different things, specially for an old dad like me whose not too tech savvy. But then, there's the downtime. The support is not as stellar as I'd hoped but they get the job done. The pricing is competitive and for someone on a budget, it can be the deal maker. Yet I did face a hiccup with their billing and I had to reach out to fix it. It got sorted, but it was an unnecessary hassle. If your willing to trade off some consistency for affordability SpringRacks is for you. But if your seeking perfection use something well known.

Could not recommend more! Amazing host! Above and beyond with the customer service, they were available almost 24/7 with IT help. I'm almost clueless when it comes to the files and whatnot of a server, but the support manager helped me a lot with advice (ie helped me figure out how to fix mob spawner AI which Paper screws up with its default settings) and tech support from the sys admins was phenomenal. Could not recommend more, for the pricing (which is lower than most hosts you'll see) that is an absolute bargain paired with nearly 24/7 tech support, you won't find anything better in this plane of existence.

panel can be improved Its ok but I disagree with the other guy saying theres "zero downtime" because the panel was down once. When I used them before, the panel website was giving a 500 server error. I couldn’t access the console but my server was still up. I could still play on server but I didn’t have access to my console or files for a couple hours. They need to have multiple copies of their panel and not a single point of failure if it goes down. Their panel is really plain tho and it looks generic like what other free hosters have. I miss features from other paid panels like seeing a list of online players and making permissions.

Known spammers Known spammers on Reddit to lure people into switching to their host. It’s really annoying when they do sales pitch to legitimate inquiries every single time. Seriously, their google result for Springracks is just a bunch of self produced advertisements. Don’t go with them, go with a known host like Bloom instead.

I love the preformance of the servers I love the preformance of the servers, but basic plan was really bad when I tried it out for the first time. We played on a survival server with 1 iron farm and 4GB RAM - I know that's not that much, but aternos preformed better with 2GB RAM and It constantly crashed. Although basic plan was bad when I played, it is possible that they made it stronger since. Standard Plan is just amazing.
