GBCould not recommend more! Amazing host! Above and beyond with the customer service, they were available almost 24/7 with IT help. I'm almost clueless when it comes to the files and whatnot of a server, but the support manager helped me a lot with advice (ie helped me figure out how to fix mob spawner AI which Paper screws up with its default settings) and tech support from the sys admins was phenomenal. Could not recommend more, for the pricing (which is lower than most hosts you'll see) that is an absolute bargain paired with nearly 24/7 tech support, you won't find anything better in this plane of existence.

GBHosting that delivers performance at a great price I've been using springracks for the past 4 months. I experienced zero downtimes. The performance was honestly supperb. My modded server was able to run flawlessly without any hitches. When I did run into issues on changing my startup script, support was there within minutes. I am very satisfied with the service I have with the host and hope that this continues.

GBSpringRacks hosting review SpringRacks hosting is the best server host I have ever used. Flawless servers, very little down time. Very fast customer support. Great community to ask if you ever have questions. You can ask anyone who has used SpringRacks, they will most likely agree that they are very good.

GBServer is down, cheating RAM, and limited uploads I’m an admin of a large Minecraft SMP server hosted on Springracks. They have little downtime here and there, but panel is down now. My players are complaining! This is out of my control. I had some problems like this and the support staff just laughs at us. Be careful, they also cheat your ram to lower than what you pay for. I confirmed this with PaperMC developers. They limit file uploads to 10 mb. I have bad experience with Springracks.

GBPromising, but not good enough Man I really, REALLY, wanted to like SpringRacks, but it just wasn't good enough. The pricing was very good, which is what drew me in initially. I wanted to stay because the support was really good, but part of the problem was how often I needed it. Multiple issues with the server not starting that could only be resolved through support. Additionally, the server would not be able to run for more than 2 or 3 days without shutting itself off and needing to be manually restarted. While frustrating, I was willing to deal with this due to good pricing and super solid support, until my world was deleted. Payment is manual, not auto renew. After forgetting to renew due to schooling, the server was suspended after 3 days. This was my fault alone, and don't blame them for that. However, the policy is that there is only 7 days to rectify the situation until all data is permanently deleted. Compared to many other hosts, this is a really short period of time. I didn't realize until it was too late. So I recommend to just go with a slightly more expensive but bigger hosting company to save yourself the headaches.
