Cheap, powerful servers with great staff Springracks is by far the best hosting platform I have used. I have been a customer now for over six months and have nothing but good things to say. I have not had an issue with server performance since I have been a customer. Support is extremely fast, competent, and friendly. I've seen the staff go above and beyond for other customers, including adding new game support. Servers are also priced very reasonably. Maintenance notifications can be a bit short notice but other than that, absolutely stellar service. 10/10

Finally found the one! After multiple hosts, all of which were bad in one way or another(CPU limiting and throttling, bad overall performance and overall bad experience) we finally found the one! Springracks Hosting is an amazing and quality service and we are happy to have found it and are proud to say we use. Overall, 5/5 stars. SpringRacks is the best SpringRacks has been an absolutely painless and amazing hosting service. When I needed to move from my old host SpringRacks transferred my server for me. After the transfer, the amazing Alex helped fix a lot of problems within my plugin configurations and ensured everything was running smoothly. I honestly couldn't have done it without them! 100/10 service!

Could not recommend more! Amazing host! Above and beyond with the customer service, they were available almost 24/7 with IT help. I'm almost clueless when it comes to the files and whatnot of a server, but the support manager helped me a lot with advice (ie helped me figure out how to fix mob spawner AI which Paper screws up with its default settings) and tech support from the sys admins was phenomenal. Could not recommend more, for the pricing (which is lower than most hosts you'll see) that is an absolute bargain paired with nearly 24/7 tech support, you won't find anything better in this plane of existence.

Server suddenly deleted and banned for no reason I was using SpringRack’s 3 GB server only for a couple of hours. My server was suddenly wiped and my entire account was deleted. They didn’t warn me first or tell me anything. I was just running a Paper Minecraft server with some plugins that I downloaded from Spigot. If there are some plugins that aren’t allowed, then they should’ve told me first instead of banning me right away. This is how strict they are if you download a plugin your not supposed to then they ban you immediately. The support is also very slow. It took them 5+ hours to give me my server.
