After the transfer, the amazing Alex helped fix a lot of problems within my plugin configurations and ensured everything was running smoothly. Cheap, powerful servers with great staff Springracks is by far the best hosting platform I have used. I have been a customer now for over six months and have nothing but good things to say. I have not had an issue with server performance since I have been a customer. Support is extremely fast, competent, and friendly. I've seen the staff go above and beyond for other customers, including adding new game support. Servers are also priced very reasonably. Maintenance notifications can be a bit short notice but other than that, absolutely stellar service. 10/10

Hosting that delivers performance at a great price I've been using springracks for the past 4 months. I experienced zero downtimes. The performance was honestly supperb. My modded server was able to run flawlessly without any hitches. When I did run into issues on changing my startup script, support was there within minutes. I am very satisfied with the service I have with the host and hope that this continues.
