Finally found the one! After multiple hosts, all of which were bad in one way or another(CPU limiting and throttling, bad overall performance and overall bad experience) we finally found the one! Springracks Hosting is an amazing and quality service and we are happy to have found it and are proud to say we use. Overall, 5/5 stars. Springracks is definitely a better service than all most if not all other server-hosting platforms. This is a good service. I bought a server for SCP:SL from them, and it is amazing compared to what I was using before (I won't say anything else about my old provider because I'm not sure I want to give them any publicity). It's quite affordable, with slots and features like those not being limited by price, but only the power of your server, which is always quite high for the price. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

panel can be improved Its ok but I disagree with the other guy saying theres "zero downtime" because the panel was down once. When I used them before, the panel website was giving a 500 server error. I couldn’t access the console but my server was still up. I could still play on server but I didn’t have access to my console or files for a couple hours. They need to have multiple copies of their panel and not a single point of failure if it goes down. Their panel is really plain tho and it looks generic like what other free hosters have. I miss features from other paid panels like seeing a list of online players and making permissions.

Server is down, cheating RAM, and limited uploads I’m an admin of a large Minecraft SMP server hosted on Springracks. They have little downtime here and there, but panel is down now. My players are complaining! This is out of my control. I had some problems like this and the support staff just laughs at us. Be careful, they also cheat your ram to lower than what you pay for. I confirmed this with PaperMC developers. They limit file uploads to 10 mb. I have bad experience with Springracks.
