The Support and Servers are amazing Honestly they are very patient with people, and have such a amazing way of getting to help you no matter whats your issue. They study or just simply take the time to learn what the issue is and give you that extra hand you desperately need… Im a new server owner, and they have placed and ordered everything I need to my needs and even have taken off their day to make mine a lot better. I would recommend talking to them first before even thinking of opening a server and let them be your guide on your way to becoming a good server Owner and as they show you and do things, You learn.

Finally found the one! After multiple hosts, all of which were bad in one way or another(CPU limiting and throttling, bad overall performance and overall bad experience) we finally found the one! Server suddenly deleted and banned for no reason I was using SpringRack’s 3 GB server only for a couple of hours. My server was suddenly wiped and my entire account was deleted. They didn’t warn me first or tell me anything. I was just running a Paper Minecraft server with some plugins that I downloaded from Spigot. If there are some plugins that aren’t allowed, then they should’ve told me first instead of banning me right away. This is how strict they are if you download a plugin your not supposed to then they ban you immediately. The support is also very slow. It took them 5+ hours to give me my server.

Cheap, powerful servers with great staff Springracks is by far the best hosting platform I have used. I have been a customer now for over six months and have nothing but good things to say. I have not had an issue with server performance since I have been a customer. Support is extremely fast, competent, and friendly. I've seen the staff go above and beyond for other customers, including adding new game support. Servers are also priced very reasonably. Maintenance notifications can be a bit short notice but other than that, absolutely stellar service. 10/10
