Server is down, cheating RAM, and limited uploads I’m an admin of a large Minecraft SMP server hosted on Springracks. They have little downtime here and there, but panel is down now. My players are complaining! This is out of my control. I had some problems like this and the support staff just laughs at us. Be careful, they also cheat your ram to lower than what you pay for. I confirmed this with PaperMC developers. They limit file uploads to 10 mb. I have bad experience with Springracks.

SpringRacks is the best SpringRacks has been an absolutely painless and amazing hosting service. When I needed to move from my old host SpringRacks transferred my server for me. After the transfer, the amazing Alex helped fix a lot of problems within my plugin configurations and ensured everything was running smoothly. Known spammers Known spammers on Reddit to lure people into switching to their host. It’s really annoying when they do sales pitch to legitimate inquiries every single time. Seriously, their google result for Springracks is just a bunch of self produced advertisements. Don’t go with them, go with a known host like Bloom instead.

Cheap, powerful servers with great staff Springracks is by far the best hosting platform I have used. I have been a customer now for over six months and have nothing but good things to say. I have not had an issue with server performance since I have been a customer. Support is extremely fast, competent, and friendly. I've seen the staff go above and beyond for other customers, including adding new game support. Servers are also priced very reasonably. Maintenance notifications can be a bit short notice but other than that, absolutely stellar service. 10/10
