panel can be improved Its ok but I disagree with the other guy saying theres "zero downtime" because the panel was down once. When I used them before, the panel website was giving a 500 server error. I couldn’t access the console but my server was still up. I could still play on server but I didn’t have access to my console or files for a couple hours. They need to have multiple copies of their panel and not a single point of failure if it goes down. Their panel is really plain tho and it looks generic like what other free hosters have. I miss features from other paid panels like seeing a list of online players and making permissions.

Finally found the one! After multiple hosts, all of which were bad in one way or another(CPU limiting and throttling, bad overall performance and overall bad experience) we finally found the one! Springracks Hosting is an amazing and quality service and we are happy to have found it and are proud to say we use. Overall, 5/5 stars. Could not recommend more! Amazing host! Above and beyond with the customer service, they were available almost 24/7 with IT help. I'm almost clueless when it comes to the files and whatnot of a server, but the support manager helped me a lot with advice (ie helped me figure out how to fix mob spawner AI which Paper screws up with its default settings) and tech support from the sys admins was phenomenal. Could not recommend more, for the pricing (which is lower than most hosts you'll see) that is an absolute bargain paired with nearly 24/7 tech support, you won't find anything better in this plane of existence.

Excellent Server service and amazing staff assistance. Great help from staff and the server runs perfectly! Not to mention how easily it is to use the panel compared to other panels. Would recommend for others! Brandon has been a big help with it all. Would love to see a Panel Gui upgrade if possible :)

The Support and Servers are amazing Honestly they are very patient with people, and have such a amazing way of getting to help you no matter whats your issue. They study or just simply take the time to learn what the issue is and give you that extra hand you desperately need… Im a new server owner, and they have placed and ordered everything I need to my needs and even have taken off their day to make mine a lot better. I would recommend talking to them first before even thinking of opening a server and let them be your guide on your way to becoming a good server Owner and as they show you and do things, You learn.
