Pristine service, and support They had excellent service, was able to help with backup related issues, and was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend to newer server owners due to their fast response and excellent service. They are absolutely fantastic. 5/5

SpringRacks is the best SpringRacks has been an absolutely painless and amazing hosting service. When I needed to move from my old host SpringRacks transferred my server for me. After the transfer, the amazing Alex helped fix a lot of problems within my plugin configurations and ensured everything was running smoothly. I honestly couldn't have done it without them! 100/10 service!

I love the preformance of the servers I love the preformance of the servers, but basic plan was really bad when I tried it out for the first time. We played on a survival server with 1 iron farm and 4GB RAM - I know that's not that much, but aternos preformed better with 2GB RAM and It constantly crashed. Although basic plan was bad when I played, it is possible that they made it stronger since. Standard Plan is just amazing.

Springracks is definitely a better service than all most if not all other server-hosting platforms. This is a good service. I bought a server for SCP:SL from them, and it is amazing compared to what I was using before (I won't say anything else about my old provider because I'm not sure I want to give them any publicity). It's quite affordable, with slots and features like those not being limited by price, but only the power of your server, which is always quite high for the price. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Server suddenly deleted and banned for no reason I was using SpringRack’s 3 GB server only for a couple of hours. My server was suddenly wiped and my entire account was deleted. They didn’t warn me first or tell me anything. I was just running a Paper Minecraft server with some plugins that I downloaded from Spigot. If there are some plugins that aren’t allowed, then they should’ve told me first instead of banning me right away. This is how strict they are if you download a plugin your not supposed to then they ban you immediately. The support is also very slow. It took them 5+ hours to give me my server.
