GBInfinity Quality Customer Service From the moment Heidi picked up the phone, she was very welcoming, attentive and understanding. I didn’t feel rush or dismissed. She was very professional and accommodating. I explained my issue and she rectified it immediately with no hassle. I spoke to her on Monday, sent my address on Tuesday and I received my replacement on Friday, all in the same wk. I work in the field where I service my community everyday. I make sure my interactions are great & everlasting. So, I’m really big on customer service and Heidi’s was phenomenal. Which made my experience even more phenomenal. GBI have nothing but positive things to… I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with getting help for servicing my massage chair. This massage chair was bought as a surprise for me and when I got it, it was stuck on body scan mode and doing nothing else. So before I make the situation worse I decided to call the customer service number and from then on I was taken care of with lots of professionalism and attention. Although, they couldn't find my profile and had trouble pulling up my information, Isaiah and Kayla were able to help me get what I needed to get this chair to work. They didn't hesitate sending me the parts and sending a technician out to me within 48 hours from me receiving them. I hope to continue enjoying my chair for a long time to come.

GBI had an issue with my chair,(Genesis… I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis Max) I called the infinity tech support line and troubleshot the issue over the phone, We diagnosed the problem. Their support team organized a tech to come out and install the part. The technician Jason was very professional and courteous and made sure the chair was working. It took a couple of trips because we needed another part, but its working perfectly again. Their tech support has my confidence. This is a great chair!!

GBAll fixed All of a sudden the chair roller didn't work. We contacted Infinity and within a week we had a friendly and responsive technician at our house. Infiniti sent all the parts and the technician discovered it was a piece that fed the sensor. Now all is great. Kayla followed up immediately. We love our chair and happy it is fixed.
