Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE… Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE CHAIR!!! Cost $7,000 and started falling apart after year two!! ALL the seams, edges, and most of the cheap leather they use become discolored and wear away. Worst buy ever, the rollers started malfunctioning after year 3. I’ve owned this chair for only five years and have complained to INFINITY massage chair company a few times, at first they sent a replacement headrest “as a courtesy” and then said it’s no longer their problem that the leather wasn’t conditioned! They take zero responsibility, the worst company ever. I’ve asked for all high management and they are all crooks. Do not buy!!! Update 04-19-24: Below, INFINITY Chair Co. responds they apologize, but do NOTHING to resolve the issue. THIS IS "YOUR" DESTINY IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Class Action Lawsuit Proposal: "IF" you have experienced the same issue, contact me directly, and if we have enough complaints... perhaps let's talk class action suit to stop this crooked company from ripping another person off! I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis… I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis Max) I called the infinity tech support line and troubleshot the issue over the phone, We diagnosed the problem. Their support team organized a tech to come out and install the part. The technician Jason was very professional and courteous and made sure the chair was working. It took a couple of trips because we needed another part, but its working perfectly again. Their tech support has my confidence. This is a great chair!!

Excellent service team! Excellent service team! We had an issue with the left arm pressure not inflating properly. Kayla took care of the problem promptly. She had a technician out repairing the arm right away. Excellent service! Thank you Infinity!

The tech support employees have been… The tech support employees have been absolutely wonderful, kind, patient and helpful. Truly have made ordering and looking up supplies so much easier!

The customer service was extremely impressive The customer service was impressive as I had an issue with billing which didn’t even concern them as I purchased this chair from one of their vendors who sells their products but they set up a call for the following week and just wanted to touch base and ensure everything was taken care of correctly regarding the billing. They called as they said they would a week later and was pleased to hear everything was corrected regarding billing issues. The chair is amazing and I should have purchased one of these years ago!
