GBThe customer service was extremely impressive The customer service was impressive as I had an issue with billing which didn’t even concern them as I purchased this chair from one of their vendors who sells their products but they set up a call for the following week and just wanted to touch base and ensure everything was taken care of correctly regarding the billing. They called as they said they would a week later and was pleased to hear everything was corrected regarding billing issues. The chair is amazing and I should have purchased one of these years ago!

GBWe have had several issues with our… We have had several issues with our massage chair. Recently we reached out and no one has returned our phone call. The chair has stopped during the manual mode when running. This has happened many times over in the past month/weeks. Foot rest is now stuck in the partially up position and something is continuing to run when machine is turned off. We had to unplug it from the wall. Feeling very frustrated with the chair and customer service.

GBFar Exceeding Expectations… The Infinity team far exceeded our expectations. The white glove delivery service team were phenomenal as well. We had issues with the original chair and the company backed the warranty with a quick phone call and purchase verification. We know there are always issues, but extremely grateful when the manufacturer doesn’t hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be Infinity Massage chair people forever. This was the second chair we purchased from them and certainly got full milage out of the original. Incredible value and superb quality.
