Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE… Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE CHAIR!!! Cost $7,000 and started falling apart after year two!! ALL the seams, edges, and most of the cheap leather they use become discolored and wear away. Worst buy ever, the rollers started malfunctioning after year 3. I’ve owned this chair for only five years and have complained to INFINITY massage chair company a few times, at first they sent a replacement headrest “as a courtesy” and then said it’s no longer their problem that the leather wasn’t conditioned! They take zero responsibility, the worst company ever. I’ve asked for all high management and they are all crooks. Do not buy!!! Update 04-19-24: Below, INFINITY Chair Co. responds they apologize, but do NOTHING to resolve the issue. THIS IS "YOUR" DESTINY IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
