GBFar Exceeding Expectations… The Infinity team far exceeded our expectations. The white glove delivery service team were phenomenal as well. We had issues with the original chair and the company backed the warranty with a quick phone call and purchase verification. We know there are always issues, but extremely grateful when the manufacturer doesn’t hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be Infinity Massage chair people forever. This was the second chair we purchased from them and certainly got full milage out of the original. Incredible value and superb quality. GBAll fixed All of a sudden the chair roller didn't work. We contacted Infinity and within a week we had a friendly and responsive technician at our house. Infiniti sent all the parts and the technician discovered it was a piece that fed the sensor. Now all is great. Kayla followed up immediately. We love our chair and happy it is fixed. GBI have nothing but positive things to… I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with getting help for servicing my massage chair. This massage chair was bought as a surprise for me and when I got it, it was stuck on body scan mode and doing nothing else. So before I make the situation worse I decided to call the customer service number and from then on I was taken care of with lots of professionalism and attention. Although, they couldn't find my profile and had trouble pulling up my information, Isaiah and Kayla were able to help me get what I needed to get this chair to work. They didn't hesitate sending me the parts and sending a technician out to me within 48 hours from me receiving them. I hope to continue enjoying my chair for a long time to come.

GBI love my Infinity Imperial Syner-D… I love my Infinity Imperial Syner-D Massage Chair. The Service has been great with the issue I experienced. It was quickly resolved and I am very happy with the follow up Customer Service. My only wish to make this experience better would be to have a way to update the Auto Programmed Cycles. I am sure each person has their favorite however it would be nice to be able to add some new ones in the future.
