ALL the seams, edges, and most of the cheap leather they use become discolored and wear away. Worst buy ever, the rollers started malfunctioning after year 3. I’ve owned this chair for only five years and have complained to INFINITY massage chair company a few times, at first they sent a replacement headrest “as a courtesy” and then said it’s no longer their problem that the leather wasn’t conditioned! They take zero responsibility, the worst company ever. I’ve asked for all high management and they are all crooks. Do not buy!!! We have had several issues with our… We have had several issues with our massage chair. Recently we reached out and no one has returned our phone call. The chair has stopped during the manual mode when running. This has happened many times over in the past month/weeks. Foot rest is now stuck in the partially up position and something is continuing to run when machine is turned off. We had to unplug it from the wall. Feeling very frustrated with the chair and customer service.

I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis… I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis Max) I called the infinity tech support line and troubleshot the issue over the phone, We diagnosed the problem. Their support team organized a tech to come out and install the part. The technician Jason was very professional and courteous and made sure the chair was working. It took a couple of trips because we needed another part, but its working perfectly again. Their tech support has my confidence. This is a great chair!!
