You won’t regret your purchase! When my husband and I decided to get a massage chair we knew we wanted to try many brands. We were lucky enough to find that Costco had a roadshow for Infinity chairs and tried the Imperial Syner-D and we loved it. We liked some of the other brands as well, but for me the roller programming on the Infinity chairs were just better. My husband had broken his back and neck few years back and has pain and some postural changes since then. This chair has helped him so much with pain as well as working out a large knot he has had for years. We use our chair everyday and wish we would have bought one years ago. She was very professional and accommodating. I explained my issue and she rectified it immediately with no hassle.
