GBAll fixed All of a sudden the chair roller didn't work. We contacted Infinity and within a week we had a friendly and responsive technician at our house. Infiniti sent all the parts and the technician discovered it was a piece that fed the sensor. Now all is great. Kayla followed up immediately. We love our chair and happy it is fixed. GBFar Exceeding Expectations… The Infinity team far exceeded our expectations. The white glove delivery service team were phenomenal as well. We had issues with the original chair and the company backed the warranty with a quick phone call and purchase verification. We know there are always issues, but extremely grateful when the manufacturer doesn’t hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be Infinity Massage chair people forever. This was the second chair we purchased from them and certainly got full milage out of the original. Incredible value and superb quality.
