GBAsk about WHO is assembling your chair!! Once the actual Infinity repairman got to my house, his knowledge and help was great. When you buy a chair from a furniture store, or anyone other than Infinity directly, know that most of the workers that deliver and assemble these chairs do not really know how to do it correctly. When they don’t assemble it correctly or break something while assembling it (that’s what happened here) then you have to go through the process of making the claim. Then wait for the parts, then get on the repair schedule etc. I was lucky because it was a severed wire for a speaker, so the massages still worked.

GBExcellent service team! Excellent service team! We had an issue with the left arm pressure not inflating properly. Kayla took care of the problem promptly. She had a technician out repairing the arm right away. Excellent service! Thank you Infinity!

GBWe have had several issues with our… We have had several issues with our massage chair. Recently we reached out and no one has returned our phone call. The chair has stopped during the manual mode when running. This has happened many times over in the past month/weeks. Foot rest is now stuck in the partially up position and something is continuing to run when machine is turned off. We had to unplug it from the wall. Feeling very frustrated with the chair and customer service.

GBAll fixed All of a sudden the chair roller didn't work. We contacted Infinity and within a week we had a friendly and responsive technician at our house. Infiniti sent all the parts and the technician discovered it was a piece that fed the sensor. Now all is great. Kayla followed up immediately. We love our chair and happy it is fixed. GBI have nothing but positive things to… I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with getting help for servicing my massage chair. This massage chair was bought as a surprise for me and when I got it, it was stuck on body scan mode and doing nothing else. So before I make the situation worse I decided to call the customer service number and from then on I was taken care of with lots of professionalism and attention. Although, they couldn't find my profile and had trouble pulling up my information, Isaiah and Kayla were able to help me get what I needed to get this chair to work. They didn't hesitate sending me the parts and sending a technician out to me within 48 hours from me receiving them. I hope to continue enjoying my chair for a long time to come.
