GBInfinity Quality Customer Service From the moment Heidi picked up the phone, she was very welcoming, attentive and understanding. I didn’t feel rush or dismissed. She was very professional and accommodating. I explained my issue and she rectified it immediately with no hassle. I spoke to her on Monday, sent my address on Tuesday and I received my replacement on Friday, all in the same wk. I work in the field where I service my community everyday.
