Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE… Read before buying an INFINITY MASSAGE CHAIR!!! Cost $7,000 and started falling apart after year two!! ALL the seams, edges, and most of the cheap leather they use become discolored and wear away. Worst buy ever, the rollers started malfunctioning after year 3. I’ve owned this chair for only five years and have complained to INFINITY massage chair company a few times, at first they sent a replacement headrest “as a courtesy” and then said it’s no longer their problem that the leather wasn’t conditioned! They take zero responsibility, the worst company ever. I’ve asked for all high management and they are all crooks. Do not buy!!! Update 04-19-24: Below, INFINITY Chair Co. responds they apologize, but do NOTHING to resolve the issue. THIS IS "YOUR" DESTINY IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Class Action Lawsuit Proposal: "IF" you have experienced the same issue, contact me directly, and if we have enough complaints... perhaps let's talk class action suit to stop this crooked company from ripping another person off! The tech support employees have been… The tech support employees have been absolutely wonderful, kind, patient and helpful. Truly have made ordering and looking up supplies so much easier!

All fixed All of a sudden the chair roller didn't work. We contacted Infinity and within a week we had a friendly and responsive technician at our house. Infiniti sent all the parts and the technician discovered it was a piece that fed the sensor. Now all is great. Kayla followed up immediately. We love our chair and happy it is fixed. Thank you Infinity
