GBFar Exceeding Expectations… The Infinity team far exceeded our expectations. The white glove delivery service team were phenomenal as well. We had issues with the original chair and the company backed the warranty with a quick phone call and purchase verification. We know there are always issues, but extremely grateful when the manufacturer doesn’t hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be Infinity Massage chair people forever. This was the second chair we purchased from them and certainly got full milage out of the original. Incredible value and superb quality. Thank you for your follow up and really appreciate you and your company.

GBI love my Infinity Imperial Syner-D… I love my Infinity Imperial Syner-D Massage Chair. The Service has been great with the issue I experienced. It was quickly resolved and I am very happy with the follow up Customer Service. My only wish to make this experience better would be to have a way to update the Auto Programmed Cycles. I am sure each person has their favorite however it would be nice to be able to add some new ones in the future.

GBExcellent service team! Excellent service team! We had an issue with the left arm pressure not inflating properly. Kayla took care of the problem promptly. She had a technician out repairing the arm right away. Excellent service! Thank you Infinity!

GBI had an issue with my chair,(Genesis… I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis Max) I called the infinity tech support line and troubleshot the issue over the phone, We diagnosed the problem. Their support team organized a tech to come out and install the part. The technician Jason was very professional and courteous and made sure the chair was working. It took a couple of trips because we needed another part, but its working perfectly again. Their tech support has my confidence. This is a great chair!!

GBInfinity Quality Customer Service From the moment Heidi picked up the phone, she was very welcoming, attentive and understanding. I didn’t feel rush or dismissed. She was very professional and accommodating. I explained my issue and she rectified it immediately with no hassle. I spoke to her on Monday, sent my address on Tuesday and I received my replacement on Friday, all in the same wk. I work in the field where I service my community everyday. I make sure my interactions are great & everlasting. So, I’m really big on customer service and Heidi’s was phenomenal. Which made my experience even more phenomenal. Heidi, has left the same great, everlasting impression on me. Thank you so much and I appreciate you!
