Massage Chair Repair My experience with the chair repair was great!!! During all phases, from expressing the need for repair through the technician performing the repair. The customer service was extremely impressive The customer service was impressive as I had an issue with billing which didn’t even concern them as I purchased this chair from one of their vendors who sells their products but they set up a call for the following week and just wanted to touch base and ensure everything was taken care of correctly regarding the billing. They called as they said they would a week later and was pleased to hear everything was corrected regarding billing issues. The chair is amazing and I should have purchased one of these years ago!

Excellent service team! Excellent service team! We had an issue with the left arm pressure not inflating properly. Kayla took care of the problem promptly. She had a technician out repairing the arm right away. Excellent service! Thank you Infinity!

Ask about WHO is assembling your chair!! Once the actual Infinity repairman got to my house, his knowledge and help was great. When you buy a chair from a furniture store, or anyone other than Infinity directly, know that most of the workers that deliver and assemble these chairs do not really know how to do it correctly. When they don’t assemble it correctly or break something while assembling it (that’s what happened here) then you have to go through the process of making the claim. Then wait for the parts, then get on the repair schedule etc. I was lucky because it was a severed wire for a speaker, so the massages still worked.
