GBProfessional and timely repair performed We just purchased the Infinity Imperial with Syner-D massage chair. The chair functions great. However, when starting a programmed massage, the chair would roll forward and there was an unusual "clicking" sound. We called Infinity and over the phone assessed what they thought might be the problem. The sent by FedEx a replacement part for the chair. The part arrived in 2 business days and from there a technician was scheduled to install the part and fix the issue. All of this was within 5 days. The tech at first couldn't find the source of the "clicking" sound. He replaced the part that was sent (even though that wasn't the problem). He spent 3 hours diligently searching for the problem. Finally, after taking most of the chair apart, he found a loose washer that had fallen into the track where the wheels slide. It was a very small washer, but that was the cause of the clicking sounds as the wheels moved back and forth. Overall Jason S. did an outstanding job.

GBFar Exceeding Expectations… The Infinity team far exceeded our expectations. The white glove delivery service team were phenomenal as well. We had issues with the original chair and the company backed the warranty with a quick phone call and purchase verification. We know there are always issues, but extremely grateful when the manufacturer doesn’t hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be Infinity Massage chair people forever. This was the second chair we purchased from them and certainly got full milage out of the original. Incredible value and superb quality. GBI had an issue with my chair,(Genesis… I had an issue with my chair,(Genesis Max) I called the infinity tech support line and troubleshot the issue over the phone, We diagnosed the problem. Their support team organized a tech to come out and install the part. The technician Jason was very professional and courteous and made sure the chair was working. It took a couple of trips because we needed another part, but its working perfectly again. Their tech support has my confidence. This is a great chair!!
