USWe have had several issues with our… We have had several issues with our massage chair. Recently we reached out and no one has returned our phone call. The chair has stopped during the manual mode when running. This has happened many times over in the past month/weeks. Foot rest is now stuck in the partially up position and something is continuing to run when machine is turned off. We had to unplug it from the wall. Feeling very frustrated with the chair and customer service.

USI have nothing but positive things to… I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with getting help for servicing my massage chair. This massage chair was bought as a surprise for me and when I got it, it was stuck on body scan mode and doing nothing else. So before I make the situation worse I decided to call the customer service number and from then on I was taken care of with lots of professionalism and attention. Although, they couldn't find my profile and had trouble pulling up my information, Isaiah and Kayla were able to help me get what I needed to get this chair to work. They didn't hesitate sending me the parts and sending a technician out to me within 48 hours from me receiving them. I hope to continue enjoying my chair for a long time to come.

USYou won’t regret your purchase! When my husband and I decided to get a massage chair we knew we wanted to try many brands. We were lucky enough to find that Costco had a roadshow for Infinity chairs and tried the Imperial Syner-D and we loved it. We liked some of the other brands as well, but for me the roller programming on the Infinity chairs were just better. My husband had broken his back and neck few years back and has pain and some postural changes since then. This chair has helped him so much with pain as well as working out a large knot he has had for years. We use our chair everyday and wish we would have bought one years ago. From our sales person Kevin, to quick delivery, the service has been outstanding!

USAll fixed All of a sudden the chair roller didn't work. We contacted Infinity and within a week we had a friendly and responsive technician at our house. Infiniti sent all the parts and the technician discovered it was a piece that fed the sensor. Now all is great. Kayla followed up immediately. We love our chair and happy it is fixed. Thank you Infinity
