How customer service should be My spa was delivered with the wrong cover however Daniel Nunley was very helpful and provided excellent service. A new correct cover is on the way and he renewed my faith in the workforce of today.

Complete scam artists Complete scam artists. I paid extra to have a spa delivered via “Quick Ship Guarantee” 5-7 days. After almost two weeks, a delivery was scheduled by the shipping company (chosen by AquaRest, not myself). We took the day off and waited all day for delivery… the spa never came. AquaRest told us “too bad, not our fault” on two occasions, even thought they collected an extra $200 plus tax for faster delivery. Another week later and we still don’t have our spa, but they have our money. We told them we wanted a refund and they refused, saying we would owe 3% credit card fee (we did NOT pay using a credit card and confirmed that Affirm does NOT charge the merchant any fees) PLUS $150 to inspect the spa even though it was never delivered to us. They would even return the $200 for the faster delivery saying “they met their obligation.”
