We received our Sauna yesterday Love it!! We received our Sauna yesterday. Was easy to assemble and works great! Our only hiccup was delivery, but Wes did great in communicating with us and once received, everything was fine. So trust the process of delivery even with the hiccups. Thank you, Wes!

Overall a very good quality sauna Materials were sized accurately and easy to assemble. Installation instructions were easy to understand. Shipping pallet was broken when delivered which resulted in nonconsequential damage to one piece. Stickers used to identify parts were sometimes difficult to remove (suggest using a tab that doesn't have adhesive). Could have provided alternate assembly instructions and a modification to one part to allow placing the heater on either side of unit. Heating unit easily raises operating temperature to 160 - 180 where I like to use it in less than 30 minutes.

Left couple VM and didn’t hear back… Left couple VM and didn’t hear back from anyone . Had to email again asking for assistance. Technician finally contacted me to as to what to do next. New part came with more screws ,,, wasn’t screws I needed, needed electrical caps for wires which were not in the box as promised. Had to go buy the proper caps which was difficult to find.

First Class! Sun Valley comes across as a family operation but at the same time with the efficiency of a giant company--the good kind. We were amazed at the relative speed with which we got our sauna, and the deal was very good. Everything about the sauna itself was top notch too, including, e.g. extra screws just in case there was a miscount. I always appreciate that touch--have you ever come up one short?? Packaging was perfectly protective. First Class!

Just buy it; you won't be disappointed. Our sauna arrived very quickly and exceeded expectations. I read the directions while my husband and another guy friend put it together. It definitely takes two people to put together and probably men in my opinion. When assembled, it is beautiful. I'm training for an endurance event and love the healing benefits of the infrared sauna as well as the opportunity it gives me to relax which I'm not very good at. I put on some relaxing sauna music from Spotifiy and I'm good to go.
