Happy Customer Our sauna purchase from Sun Valley Saunas was easy and straightforward. Wes answered a question I had over email promptly. Their product availability and pricing is better than other companies. What I wanted was in stock, shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging of the panels and attachment to the shipping pallet was very well done. We're extremely happy with our purchase and our sauna gets used almost everyday.

Left couple VM and didn’t hear back… Left couple VM and didn’t hear back from anyone . Had to email again asking for assistance. Technician finally contacted me to as to what to do next. New part came with more screws ,,, wasn’t screws I needed, needed electrical caps for wires which were not in the box as promised. Had to go buy the proper caps which was difficult to find.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve… Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life!!! And I spoke with the owner that is answering the phone calls, so shows you how well this company is doing! He goes by Wayne but if if you don’t understand him it’s very important you get it right.(West) Anyway, we overpaid for a $4000 infrared sauna in January of this year and it is now the middle of March and it still is not shown up so we called two weeks ago to ask where the sauna was at and they said they would call us back and when they did not, we file the complaint with the credit card company and sure S^#} West called back (the owner) of the company and was pissed off at us yelling at us after we made multiple phone calls and emails…. this is a scam. Do not buy from this company and Wes or Wayne. You go f yourself in a sauna!! While I sit in my new one that arrived yesterday ( Shane or West or Fraudy ) idk your name and it’s not important this new sauna arrived within two weeks your company should try to do the same or quit screwing people.

The sauna I received is beautiful… The sauna I received is beautiful because the three person is somewhat new to the company. Be sure you understand what you’re buying. The company is intent on pleasing as I heard directly from the owner. If you saw my previous review of one star that had more to do with the shipping company than anything. Look forward to enjoying my sauna for years to come.
