This company and their people are…incredible This company and their people are amazing! I signed up for the 5 day challenge, but was unable to take part in it because I caught one of the worst viral infections I've ever had (not COVID!) and literally coughed my way through every day and night. I won't go into all the detail of what happened step by step, but Auris was so, so incredibly helpful, understanding, empathetic and kind. She sent me such a lovely, kind and helpful email and immediately refunded a payment I'd made unintentionally. What an empathetic, professional, amazing organisation. I've had such a rubbish 3 weeks but their kindness and professionalism has totally brightened my day and highlighted the best in compassion and excellent customer service. Thank you so, so much. xxx

Spam central DO NOT sign up with this organization if you don't want to be on their mailing list for life. I have unsubscribed multiple times, reported them for spam to Google , and the emails keep coming. They must use multiple mailing list accounts. As for the product, you can get the same information for free on YouTube.

Educational, encouraging, and always personable I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.

Face Yoga = Feeling and Finding Satisfaction! I always feel better when I hear from your staff, it helps me feel heard, that I am acknowledged which allows me to “feel all is well”. I do want to continue with Face Yoga and enjoy the camaraderie with all your other Face Yogi’s. Turning 64 on the 20th, I look forward to improving my tired face into something a bit better! No product, no reply I ordered face yoga sprint bundle didn't receive any link. I also e-mailed Faceyogamethotwice without any reply. I am a bit frustrated that I cannot either get the product or a refund. Edit: After posting here I received quick help and am now able to login and use my program!
