Face Yoga = Feeling and Finding Satisfaction! I always feel better when I hear from your staff, it helps me feel heard, that I am acknowledged which allows me to “feel all is well”. I do want to continue with Face Yoga and enjoy the camaraderie with all your other Face Yogi’s. Turning 64 on the 20th, I look forward to improving my tired face into something a bit better! Wish I had known about this method years ago. The Face Yoga Method is Amazing! Because of the time difference I had to watch the replays. This was very convenient. I have a very busy life and now I could watch when it suited me best. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The poses are explained clearly and are easy to follow. I did see results after a few days and I am 69 years old! In short, I love it and I can recommend this to everyone, regardless your age

The Face Yoga Method Cares and Makes a Difference I have been with the Face Yoga Method for several months now and Fumiko and the other instructors and support people are so consistent in the way they care about us and respond so quickly to questions. I really like that the poses make a difference in how our faces look and how we feel.

Educational, encouraging, and always personable I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.
