Face Yoga = Feeling and Finding Satisfaction! I always feel better when I hear from your staff, it helps me feel heard, that I am acknowledged which allows me to “feel all is well”. I do want to continue with Face Yoga and enjoy the camaraderie with all your other Face Yogi’s. Turning 64 on the 20th, I look forward to improving my tired face into something a bit better! I am using Face Yoga Method website… I am using Face Yoga Method website (account) for nearly 3 years, I am happy with how the websile looks like and with the exercises. You just need to be systhematic (that is, do the exercises shown there at least a couple of minutes every day) and you can get nice results of face yoga exercises. Overall, it is a good thing. Also, support team is responsive.

Educational, encouraging, and always personable I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.
