The team at the Face Yoga Method are AMAZING!.... The team at the Face Yoga Method DO care. They care about the courses, they care about the utterly amazing teaching but most of all they care about you! - the consumers of this product. I have followed the face yoga method for some time now and have bought most of the programme's. The next step for me at some point will be the Teacher Certification. I love watching Fumiko and Maria create the magic. You DO feel part of a movement, a tribe, a positive influence for aging (or not!) because the exercises DO absolutely work! There is other great stuff for changing your mindset and physical overall wellbeing. It has everything. I LOVE this movement and am very happy that I found it :)

This company and their people are…incredible This company and their people are amazing! I signed up for the 5 day challenge, but was unable to take part in it because I caught one of the worst viral infections I've ever had (not COVID!) and literally coughed my way through every day and night. I won't go into all the detail of what happened step by step, but Auris was so, so incredibly helpful, understanding, empathetic and kind. She sent me such a lovely, kind and helpful email and immediately refunded a payment I'd made unintentionally. What an empathetic, professional, amazing organisation. I've had such a rubbish 3 weeks but their kindness and professionalism has totally brightened my day and highlighted the best in compassion and excellent customer service. Thank you so, so much. xxx

Not simple, affordable, upfront or easy Why doesn't anyone make a simple to navigate face yoga platform with upfront, affordable fees? I just want to practice face yoga like I practice regular yoga. I don't want it to cost a ton of money or a ton of time. Face Yoga Method is not this. I am looking for something simple, affordable, upfront, and easy to use.

Educational, encouraging, and always personable I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.
