Wish I had known about this method years ago. The Face Yoga Method is Amazing! Because of the time difference I had to watch the replays. This was very convenient. I have a very busy life and now I could watch when it suited me best. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The poses are explained clearly and are easy to follow. I did see results after a few days and I am 69 years old! In short, I love it and I can recommend this to everyone, regardless your age

This month I made a 5 days exercise by… This month I made a 5 days exercise by Mrs.Fumiko and others Ladys. All was very professionaly, precisional and very simple for understand and practice. I enjoy in, with very kind and nice people, in good energy which made me very happy and I saw how my skin get bether. So I go furthered with this exercises and enjoy. I saw changhes on my skin. This company and their people are…incredible This company and their people are amazing! I signed up for the 5 day challenge, but was unable to take part in it because I caught one of the worst viral infections I've ever had (not COVID!) and literally coughed my way through every day and night. I won't go into all the detail of what happened step by step, but Auris was so, so incredibly helpful, understanding, empathetic and kind. She sent me such a lovely, kind and helpful email and immediately refunded a payment I'd made unintentionally. What an empathetic, professional, amazing organisation. I've had such a rubbish 3 weeks but their kindness and professionalism has totally brightened my day and highlighted the best in compassion and excellent customer service. Thank you so, so much. xxx

Amazing experience! Face Yoga Method transformed my face for brighter and my life has been given new direction and purpose.I felt supported all along the way and having regular workshops motivated me to stay put and keep going. Not simple, affordable, upfront or easy Why doesn't anyone make a simple to navigate face yoga platform with upfront, affordable fees? I just want to practice face yoga like I practice regular yoga. I don't want it to cost a ton of money or a ton of time. Face Yoga Method is not this. I am looking for something simple, affordable, upfront, and easy to use.
