This company and their people are…incredible This company and their people are amazing! I signed up for the 5 day challenge, but was unable to take part in it because I caught one of the worst viral infections I've ever had (not COVID!) and literally coughed my way through every day and night. I won't go into all the detail of what happened step by step, but Auris was so, so incredibly helpful, understanding, empathetic and kind. She sent me such a lovely, kind and helpful email and immediately refunded a payment I'd made unintentionally. What an empathetic, professional, amazing organisation. I've had such a rubbish 3 weeks but their kindness and professionalism has totally brightened my day and highlighted the best in compassion and excellent customer service. Thank you so, so much. xxx

No product, no reply I ordered face yoga sprint bundle didn't receive any link. I also e-mailed Faceyogamethotwice without any reply. I am a bit frustrated that I cannot either get the product or a refund. Edit: After posting here I received quick help and am now able to login and use my program!

This month I made a 5 days exercise by… This month I made a 5 days exercise by Mrs.Fumiko and others Ladys. All was very professionaly, precisional and very simple for understand and practice. I enjoy in, with very kind and nice people, in good energy which made me very happy and I saw how my skin get bether. So I go furthered with this exercises and enjoy. I saw changhes on my skin. Inspirational If you spend some time with Fumiko and other FYM instructors you can make changes on a deep internalized level. This is not just face exercise but the practice of connecting your inner self with outer self. It is experiencing how inner state of mind influences outward expression, and the other way around also! I am 76 y.o. and finally have the opportunity for peaceful and reflective time in my day. The wear and tear and worries of the years show on my face, but this program and instructors offer ease, encouragement and inspiration.

The Face Yoga Method Cares and Makes a Difference I have been with the Face Yoga Method for several months now and Fumiko and the other instructors and support people are so consistent in the way they care about us and respond so quickly to questions. I really like that the poses make a difference in how our faces look and how we feel.
