Educational, encouraging, and always personable I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.

Wish I had known about this method years ago. The Face Yoga Method is Amazing! Because of the time difference I had to watch the replays. This was very convenient. I have a very busy life and now I could watch when it suited me best. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The poses are explained clearly and are easy to follow. I did see results after a few days and I am 69 years old! In short, I love it and I can recommend this to everyone, regardless your age

Mastery is great! V helpful and friendly staff who helped me with my mastery query. I love being on the Mastery program- especially the live sessions with all the excellent teachers. You can ask questions and get first hand feedback. I really enjoy being part of a v. supportive online community. For me personally I am really glad I signed up!

Amazing experience! Face Yoga Method transformed my face for brighter and my life has been given new direction and purpose.I felt supported all along the way and having regular workshops motivated me to stay put and keep going. No product, no reply I ordered face yoga sprint bundle didn't receive any link. I also e-mailed Faceyogamethotwice without any reply. I am a bit frustrated that I cannot either get the product or a refund. Edit: After posting here I received quick help and am now able to login and use my program!
