Face Yoga Method transformed my face for brighter and my life has been given new direction and purpose.I felt supported all along the way and having regular workshops motivated me to stay put and keep going. I am using Face Yoga Method website… I am using Face Yoga Method website (account) for nearly 3 years, I am happy with how the websile looks like and with the exercises. You just need to be systhematic (that is, do the exercises shown there at least a couple of minutes every day) and you can get nice results of face yoga exercises. Overall, it is a good thing. Also, support team is responsive.

The Face Yoga Method Cares and Makes a Difference I have been with the Face Yoga Method for several months now and Fumiko and the other instructors and support people are so consistent in the way they care about us and respond so quickly to questions. I really like that the poses make a difference in how our faces look and how we feel.

TCC- Totally Worth the Investment I did the 6-month TCC with Face Yoga Method and also attended the mastery. Fumiko and the team really care for their students and provide much more value in the course than just teacher training. Each lesson was so important and practical. They even encourage and push us to start-off our business. The best thing I took away from it, is the study group. I now have a strong group of supporting colleagues who guide and help each other. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I am so confident after this course and already have some clients. This course was worth the investment.
