About Face Yoga Method

Mastery is great! V helpful and friendly staff who helped me with my mastery query. I love being on the Mastery program- especially the live sessions with all the excellent teachers. You can ask questions and get first hand feedback. I really enjoy being part of a v. supportive online community. For me personally I am really glad I signed up!

Spam central DO NOT sign up with this organization if you don't want to be on their mailing list for life. I have unsubscribed multiple times, reported them for spam to Google , and the emails keep coming. They must use multiple mailing list accounts. As for the product, you can get the same information for free on YouTube.

The Face Yoga Method Cares and Makes a Difference I have been with the Face Yoga Method for several months now and Fumiko and the other instructors and support people are so consistent in the way they care about us and respond so quickly to questions. I really like that the poses make a difference in how our faces look and how we feel.

Inspirational If you spend some time with Fumiko and other FYM instructors you can make changes on a deep internalized level. This is not just face exercise but the practice of connecting your inner self with outer self. It is experiencing how inner state of mind influences outward expression, and the other way around also! I am 76 y.o. and finally have the opportunity for peaceful and reflective time in my day. The wear and tear and worries of the years show on my face, but this program and instructors offer ease, encouragement and inspiration.
