Face Yoga Method TCC 2023 Fumiko, Maria and Naomi where great, love the dynamic of the classes, how first it was Maria with Q & A, then Naomi with more details and then Fumiko. Love how the assignments were for most of us outside of our comfort zone. At the end found it a little overwhelming, but we all made it

This month I made a 5 days exercise by… This month I made a 5 days exercise by Mrs.Fumiko and others Ladys. All was very professionaly, precisional and very simple for understand and practice. I enjoy in, with very kind and nice people, in good energy which made me very happy and I saw how my skin get bether. So I go furthered with this exercises and enjoy. I saw changhes on my skin. TCC Course NOT WORTH £4000.I feel like… TCC Course NOT WORTH £4000.I feel like I’ve been robbed.There is definetely effort put behind nobody denying that but is absolutely not worth that huge amount of money.Ladies invest that money in something more practical maybe,not in this ILLUSION.

Inspirational If you spend some time with Fumiko and other FYM instructors you can make changes on a deep internalized level. This is not just face exercise but the practice of connecting your inner self with outer self. It is experiencing how inner state of mind influences outward expression, and the other way around also! I am 76 y.o. and finally have the opportunity for peaceful and reflective time in my day. The wear and tear and worries of the years show on my face, but this program and instructors offer ease, encouragement and inspiration.
