Educational, encouraging, and always personable I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.

This month I made a 5 days exercise by… This month I made a 5 days exercise by Mrs.Fumiko and others Ladys. All was very professionaly, precisional and very simple for understand and practice. I enjoy in, with very kind and nice people, in good energy which made me very happy and I saw how my skin get bether. So I go furthered with this exercises and enjoy. I saw changhes on my skin. The team at the Face Yoga Method are AMAZING!.... The team at the Face Yoga Method DO care. They care about the courses, they care about the utterly amazing teaching but most of all they care about you! - the consumers of this product. I have followed the face yoga method for some time now and have bought most of the programme's. The next step for me at some point will be the Teacher Certification. I love watching Fumiko and Maria create the magic. You DO feel part of a movement, a tribe, a positive influence for aging (or not!) because the exercises DO absolutely work! There is other great stuff for changing your mindset and physical overall wellbeing. It has everything. I LOVE this movement and am very happy that I found it :)

Mastery is great! V helpful and friendly staff who helped me with my mastery query. I love being on the Mastery program- especially the live sessions with all the excellent teachers. You can ask questions and get first hand feedback. I really enjoy being part of a v. supportive online community. For me personally I am really glad I signed up!
