About Nooro Us

Nooro was founded in 2022 on the belief that health is not born, it is built. —It happens when you can walk with confidence… knowing that you’re safe, secured and in good condition. We got our start from conversations with people sharing their agonizing pain, be it knees, feet or eyes. The unhealthy lifestyle we often go through stops at nothing to destroy our “happy lives.” So, you need to be ready before the worst happens, and this was the inspiration for Nooro. To start our journey of designing specific products for specific problems.

We purchased the leg massager product… We purchased the leg massager product and after my wife used it a couple of times she stated that she can feel the bottoms of her feet for the first time in a long time. She has neuropathy in her legs. Also the leg massager product has eliminated the swelling that she use to get in her legs. Bottom line the product worked wonders for her and she uses it every day. We are buying more to always have them on hand.

This is my second purchase of the foot… This is my second purchase of the foot massage the only thing was after about 3 months on my first purchase the ground plug that you attaché to the foot mat stop working it has helped my legs feel so much better that I had to order my second one because i mist it so much

Beware of “promotional giveaways” Beware of “promotional giveaways”. I have purchased the foot massager which only worked for a few months (just past their 90 days guarantee) however I was in a private Facebook group that Nooro has and they were having this giveaway and I was the recipient of a new massager. The catch is that you have to purchase it, furnish the order number and will receive a refund. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately after complying with the instructions for my refund, I am being ghosted by the Nooro representative. No response to my emails, deleting my post on FB and restricting access to the group. I emailed customer service and was informed that I would be contacted within 24 hours. That hasn’t happened and it’s been 3 days. I will now have to contact my bank and dispute this. I personally have better things to do with my time than be tracking down a refund that was promised to me in writing via an email. Beware people.

Customer Support I had the Nooro foot massager ,it worked very well but after a couple of days it stopped working. I do not know why or from what, but I called customer service and I let them know what happened and they immediately sent me a new one .. I was surprised and very happy because I suffer from Bad neuropathy pain in my feet and this foot massager was the only thing that gave me some relief.. I'm so glad that I have a new one. I've been using it twice a day ,and I also took out the lifetime warranty.. five stars all around for a good product and for very good customer service.. Thanks

i have been using it daily and i… i have been using it daily and i realize how much i'd missed it since my old one died. it really does ease my foot discomfort at night.
