Liveagent solved my support problems, and helps me help customers every day Liveagent is intuitive., easy to set up and fits my needs perfectly. I particularly like the ability to create response templates which saves me tons of time. I used to sometimes miss communications, but LA has made my whole support system watertight. I have had no issues with it since starting using over two years ago.

Scam Billing System I paid a full year online, and I had 4 agents under my account while paying. The payment page doesn't show a breakdown. After paying, I realize that I only need 2 agents, so I delete the rest of 2, and ask for a refund within a few hours through online chat. They said no refund, no exception. Such a scam company.

Bad Customer service We have been trying to get assistance for 3 weeks to set up call center. LiveAgent responds every 2-4 days but never fixes anything. They refuse to have chat or pickup a phone. So i guess we will cancel our service. The issue isnt complex. The problem is they wont respond by phone or chat so a simple issue takes weeks to resolve. AVOID THIS SCAM Company!! I have contacted sales many times and they just say "contact tech support" and 3 days later they respond with a partial answer to 1 question and then we have to wait several more days.........

They are impressed and feel very good about this Helpdesk. The communciation via the Helpdesk is very good and you have a great overview about your past conversations regarding this topic.

A great program for customer technical support We use the program in the company to service our clients. We design websites and there are quite a lot of questions and comments. LiveAgent helps us organize the work of technical support. We have fewer calls and reports in various communication channels - everything goes to one place. That's a great thing.
