From the order with Max Campos, the timing of the delivery, the delivery itself, and even the minor setback we encountered. When we placed our order for the Newage Outdoor Kitchen we asked a lot of questions to Max (about delivery, shipping issues, and what do we do if there were damages or missing parts). Max was great through this whole process. He gave us an email with instructions on what to prepare for during and after delivery. He informed us in advance that one of the pieces would be delayed. However, it arrived earlier than he told us. Furthermore, when I discovered a damaged rail for the cabinet drawer he was able to send me a replacement within a week. Overall, the experience dealing with Max and Marvellesures was better than expected and will do future business with them.

GBDo not buy -bait switch drop Do not buy. Bait and switch. First it took 8 not 3-4 weeks as promised. Photo Ad of id normal red cedar shower with very few knots. Actually shower looks like pine knots everywhere. (Horrible matches none of my other cedar deck wood) It also came damaged with two slats broken, missing all the "premium shower supplies", the manual, and all hardware. A call to "boss" was excuse after excuse.. another three weeks to get actual shower parts. Scam, Sham. Stuck w this expensive eye sore, so you wont have to.

GBWonderful customer service and quick delivery! I called them to ask some questions and to get help with my order. They were very knowledgeable and the lady I spoke with was super sweet and helpful! I received my order really fast and everything works wonderfully! Overall a great experience- wonderful customer support and service and fast delivery!!

GBThey Will Ghost You We ordered our range online and received a confirmation but then the company went silent until I called to find out where the stove ended up. The very next day it was in our driveway. They sell great stuff but they need to figure out how to communicate with their customers. I don't want a very expensive range sitting in my driveway while I'm at work and a hurricane is coming.

GBNot all sites are what they seem... The website database apparently is not up to date. I made a purchase twice for equipment (HVAC) that was not available. I was refunded but my project was delayed several days due to this oversight. Thank goodness though, I found a better system for less.
