From the order with Max Campos, the timing of the delivery, the delivery itself, and even the minor setback we encountered. When we placed our order for the Newage Outdoor Kitchen we asked a lot of questions to Max (about delivery, shipping issues, and what do we do if there were damages or missing parts). Max was great through this whole process. He gave us an email with instructions on what to prepare for during and after delivery. He informed us in advance that one of the pieces would be delayed. However, it arrived earlier than he told us. Furthermore, when I discovered a damaged rail for the cabinet drawer he was able to send me a replacement within a week. Overall, the experience dealing with Max and Marvellesures was better than expected and will do future business with them.

USInaccurate website description- horrible customer service Inaccurate website description, when i contacted to send product back was told I would pay shipping. When i reached back out to explain the return was because of the Inaccurate description the person who responded said i was lucky to be even getting a refund at all...because i should have done more research and asked more questions prior to purchasing. Same product is available on Amazon with free returns...was trying to buy from a smaller vendor, however that was a massive mistake

USSecond time I purchased cabinets and… Second time I purchased cabinets and every screw was there. Everything was top notch well packed no damage strongly recommend him.

USlove this heater. love this heater.. needs a little better instruction onputting together but, it went well and faster than it took to take all the lazor plastic off. i would recommend and buy again.

USCommunication has been sporadic.. Communication has been sporadic... My package was delivered without a call to set up delivery ... and it arrived without the cage .... which I paid for. I find it frustrating that there isn't a call center and that I now will have to wait for an update on where the missing cage is...
