USAVOID AVOID. AVOID.AVOID. Product is not necessarily below par, but it certainly isn't "primo" Flower. That I can put up with, but bad customer service? I can't. I'm in customer service as well. When a wholesale distributor has bad customer service my direct customers suffer and I obviously can't have that. Disregard this company, they farm out customer service (which is fine, do what you want, but do it better) to very untrained people. They'll say what they think you want to hear. This is a used car dealership for hemp products. AVOID
