GBBad customer service Hey, this is Omar from VapeBros Hixson Tennessee. I ordered three different invoices from you guys each invoice is more than thousand dollar and I work with Jasmine every time she just asked me I’m gonna send you stickers in your next Oder but she forget it bad customer service I tried to explain that What I needed from her but she didn’t response so she talked to my stores employees also and they told her we need labels for product we buy from you but the way she treated us I didn’t like it and waiting is too much for my shipment. That’s a problem, so I hope I’m not gonna do any business in future from you guys. I bought it 3 pound different strength, flowers bags. She only sent me 10 stickers after three different invoices each time she said I’m gonna send you I’m gonna send you, but she did not Thank you appreciate it have a good day

GBI have had a ordinarie experience with… I have had a ordinarie experience with Nirvanpure.com. Their products were alomst good quality, the prices vairy depending on the product, The customer serive at times was not great or helpfull. They ofter throw in some free stuff as well which was a nice suprrise, but the shipping time was quite slooow especially for the international orders. Ocassionally, they do send out coupons or discounts, which was helpful, butif you're not quick to use it, it can expire quite fast. OVerall, an ordinarie experience.

GBUPS number not returning anything. I placed an order on June 22nd and was told that it would be shipped right away. It didn't ship right away and when I finally did receive tracking information, the UPS tracking number came back with a message that said that a delivery date would be determined as soon as possible. "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I've had this number for several days now and still don't know when the shipment will be delivered. I have contacted the company several times and I still haven't received the order that I placed and paid for more than a week ago. HELP!!

GBMy experience with nirvanapure.com was… My experience with nirvanapure.com was median. I found what I was looking for without much effort. But the site does not go beyond mediocre. It is neither awe-inspiring nor outstandingly bad. It is an avarage-looking site with virtually no interactivity and no eye-popping visuals. Even though the navygation between pages is fairly straightforward, it doesn't leave an impression of top quality e-commerce. Prices are alright, but nothing to write home about. Stragely, I could not find any info on delivery - something that is usually prominently featured on any webshop. All in all, an unconfortable shopping experience due to lack ov simple details, could've been better.
