AVOID AVOID. AVOID.AVOID. Product is not necessarily below par, but it certainly isn't "primo" Flower. That I can put up with, but bad customer service? I can't. I'm in customer service as well. When a wholesale distributor has bad customer service my direct customers suffer and I obviously can't have that. Disregard this company, they farm out customer service (which is fine, do what you want, but do it better) to very untrained people. They'll say what they think you want to hear. This is a used car dealership for hemp products. AVOID

Ben Parker is an excellent… Ben Parker is an excellent representative. He is friendly, efficient, and follows up. He made buying a pleasure, and I have enjoyed the gummies I’ve tried from Nirvana. Excellent quality. I was skeptical at first, but Ben took good care of me.

UPS number not returning anything. I placed an order on June 22nd and was told that it would be shipped right away. It didn't ship right away and when I finally did receive tracking information, the UPS tracking number came back with a message that said that a delivery date would be determined as soon as possible. "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I've had this number for several days now and still don't know when the shipment will be delivered. I have contacted the company several times and I still haven't received the order that I placed and paid for more than a week ago. HELP!!

Amazing Edible your product is fantastic truly high-quality materials, so important with edibles and its delicious too! My only complaint is that I wish you had more dark chocolate products... just delta 8 with dark chocolate and making more affordable chocolate bars. Thank You. Namaste

My experience with nirvanapure.com was… My experience with nirvanapure.com was rather mediocrr. It works like any other average online shop with goods. I don't have any special memories, I had an ordinary experience with the website. The variety of items they offer is also not that unusual, they have some, but nothing out of the ordinary. All in all, a decent website, but nothing too special. Shopping and delivery times were ok, but nothing remarkable.
