UPS number not returning anything. I placed an order on June 22nd and was told that it would be shipped right away. It didn't ship right away and when I finally did receive tracking information, the UPS tracking number came back with a message that said that a delivery date would be determined as soon as possible. "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I've had this number for several days now and still don't know when the shipment will be delivered. I have contacted the company several times and I still haven't received the order that I placed and paid for more than a week ago. HELP!!

Product malfunction Well the guy on the phone to verify my shipping adress was amazing, The product itself this time whenever I go to take a hit the liquid shoots out of the mouthpiece.
