Synchronizes my contacts, calendar, notes, tasks flawlessly Synchronizes my contacts, calendar, notes, tasks from my PC (Outlook 2019) (or any other PIM software database) to my Android phone (DejaOffice app or any other Android app) flawlessly. Synchronizes via usb, bluetooth, wifi locally or via the cloud. There are a few settings to set up properly and if help is needed, customer help is really super fast in answering queries.

I find this product to be inconsistent I find this product to be inconsistent. When it works well, I forget I even have it. Then all of a sudden my Google and Outlook are not synching and I only find out due to a missed appointment. That has happened recently and haven't really been able to get it reliable again. Tech support keeps guessing at answers.

I recently lost access to my Outlook… I recently lost access to my Outlook calendar and Address Book. With the assistance of Michael at CompanionLink, we were able to recover both with no apparent loss of data. Now that I have learned the process, should anything happen in the future, it will be easy to take care of the issue. CompanionLink has proven to be a wonderful and helpful resource and certainly makes me feel much more confident in the integrity of the data it saves for me. For the peace of mind it provides, it is more than worth the cost of the subscription. And the care and service provided to users is absolutely second to none! I am a user for life!
