synchronization A good program for managing your information on PC and handheld. Synchronization is a matter of trial and error at times, especially with IOS.

I find this product to be inconsistent I find this product to be inconsistent. When it works well, I forget I even have it. Then all of a sudden my Google and Outlook are not synching and I only find out due to a missed appointment. That has happened recently and haven't really been able to get it reliable again. Tech support keeps guessing at answers.

Excellent product. I spent a lot of time looking for a product to replace the now defunct HTC SyncManager to sync my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. This product does a lot more and is really excellent. I had finger problem setting it up and their support guy, Trevor, was very responsive and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this product - it even has a trial version and I also like the option to purchase at a one off price rather than a monthly subscription.

Excellent app I have been using this app for several years. It works very well using the Cloudsync option. Originally I used to sync once a day using a USB connection and got occasional minor problems.
