New, long-time customer, still pleased with my choice. I've been a long-time customer of CompanionLink, starting back with needing to sync my PalmPilot. It seems I realize I need to sync something every couple years (first, Palm, then Outlook to iPhone, now Google to Outlook), and each time, I do an environment scan, looking at what's available. Each time, I come back to the CompanionLink products. I recently had to contact Support for the first time asking about how multiple attendees were handled in Outlook to Google sync, and I got back a prompt, clear and very actionable response. I didn't expect anything else, but it was great to have my positive opinion of these folks reconfirmed.

This product is a complete waste of… This product is a complete waste of money. It continually duplicates appointments and the dedupe function does not work. You have to waste an awful lot of your own time having to delete duplicates on a continual basis. Don't waste your money.
