TERRIBLE APP! The only reason I'm giving this a one star is because there's no option for ZERO! It only works when it feels like it! DO NOT BUY!

Excellent product. I spent a lot of time looking for a product to replace the now defunct HTC SyncManager to sync my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. This product does a lot more and is really excellent. I had finger problem setting it up and their support guy, Trevor, was very responsive and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this product - it even has a trial version and I also like the option to purchase at a one off price rather than a monthly subscription.

I find this product to be inconsistent I find this product to be inconsistent. When it works well, I forget I even have it. Then all of a sudden my Google and Outlook are not synching and I only find out due to a missed appointment. That has happened recently and haven't really been able to get it reliable again. Tech support keeps guessing at answers.

Great product for synchronizing Outlook… Great product for synchronizing Outlook calenders and contacts, but also the after sales support is outstanding. No BS, quick response and solution driven.
