I like it because i have a reliable way of documenting projects, ensuring that clients have a consistent experience for each project and the fact that i can create a new project from a pre-done template. The webiste has never let me down and I often use the app when on the move. In theory it's not just for web designers either, anyone managing projects could use it.

The marketing was better than the product… Thought the marketing was better than the product itself, seems it hasn't changed much over the years, getting left behind now.

Dated software In a few years there was not a lot of changes in the product but marketing was getting better every year. I was waiting to provide more updates inside product instead of only driving more customers to it. Generally simple in usage but with all the alternatives is a bit dated software.
