GBIt is a very simple project management… It is a very simple project management tool that does a lot things decently, just not great. It can do a checklist, but not recurring to-dos. Attached files get embedded so they take up a ton of space. The design of the interface is visually appealing but not the best user experience. The search doesn't do a great job. The folder and document management system is very simplistic. The clientside emails have problems with nested threads and no signature. It is great if you're looking for something simple or work with a lot of contractors that can be added to on a per-project basis. It could be so much better if they'd listen to their users more. I would have switched away a long time ago if it wouldn't be such a nightmare to move project management platforms.
