GBI am frustrated with booking… I am frustrated with booking appointments and no one can fulfill my request, I had one individual come to my building but refused to walk across the street to my building. I booked another 2 wks ago for tonight, no one showed, no apology. Now they are trying to hold me to a 12 month contract that they can’t fulfill. I would advise all not to agree to any terms or even use these guys.

GBDouble standard they have indeed adding… Double standard they have indeed adding to unprofessionalism in their platform that has flaws from my experience many times. For example, my last appointment, I was not informed as it was canceled the week before, and trying to get a response from a human and not a bot!! I would not recommend the therapist or Zeel from my experience again. A veteran or any other person should not be disrespected and disregarded as I was in my experience. Indeed, I’ve been to other place that offer VA massages and there’s no comparison Zeel has much to improve again in my experience.

GBNot too happy with this company from the start. Not too happy with this company from the get go. I am a veteran and was scheduled an appointment through the VA. My appointment was at 8:00am. They texted me at 7:35am to tell me they didn’t have anyone available.WT F? Really? They then texted saying that a confirmation text would be sent with instructions and provider information. How about some heads up that my appointment would possibly not happen? Bad communication. I’ll be telling the VA to find a different provider.

GBTherapist canceled with 4 hours notice Therapist canceled with 4 hours notice. Not enough time to find a replacement. I scheduled time and booked several days ago. I was discharged from the hospital and really needed the appointment. Customer service felt the need to defend the 4 hour cancelation notice. A simple apology would have been better and would have encouraged me to try again.

GBManagement is horrible I was an employee of Zeel Massage and I was canned for questioning Zeel Massage! Specifically I asked, why out of 8 requests all 8 of those requests the system was telling me that the request was booked with another provider. Why I am not being approved for requests that clients desire. I never got my answer! What I really thing is going on behind the close doors is they cherry pick who they want to give work too, in some cases they would rather refuse to give a contractor a client and cancel the session for a client all together rather than pairing them with unwanted contractor that they don’t like. I would not be surprised if this business will fold within a few years! Stay away from this platform is all I can say!!
