GBZeel is a threat to even themselves..As a physician who doubled as a massage… As a physician who doubled as a massage therapist for Zeell Networks I can honestly say this is the absolute worst company administrative wise ethics wise and communication wise. Not only do they end contracts with absolutely no Integrity or communication, they siphon more money than they should for massage therapy jobs and refuse to give adequate 1099. I have been asking for my 1099 since January 1st 2024 and have yet to get it. They have completely blocked my account but yet send instructions to obtain the 1099 through accessing your account. Somewhere along the line you would think that anyone with half a brain in the company would know to follow up on such matters to avoid penalties but nope here we are. After reading many of the client's reviews as well as former employees of Zeel, it is undoubtedly clear they should be put to sleep like a rabid dog.

GBGreat Massage Event for Wedding! Zeel did a great job providing chair-massage services for our wedding day. The booking process was simple and effortless via their online booking system. In addition, the massage therapists were very professional and friendly. Everyone in our wedding party thought it was an excellent touch to our special day. We were all much more relaxed and way less stressed when we left the house. It made the whole day much more enjoyable. We highly recommend Zeel for massage-therapy services at your next event.

GBTherapist canceled with 4 hours notice Therapist canceled with 4 hours notice. Not enough time to find a replacement. I scheduled time and booked several days ago. I was discharged from the hospital and really needed the appointment. Customer service felt the need to defend the 4 hour cancelation notice. A simple apology would have been better and would have encouraged me to try again.

GBTheres no this time! Theres no this time!! My daughter bought and paid in full with 18% tip in way of gift card. All I was supposed to do was check in and schedule appointment, Even same day. This company is requiring I make a profile and supply credit card or even debit card of my own. I refuse to add debit card as they are affilated with out of US companies or persons. I have been 5 days trying to use my birthday gift card because they won't set an appt with my form of payment!! Im filing a complaint with NY BBB .
