Management is horrible I was an employee of Zeel Massage and I was canned for questioning Zeel Massage! Specifically I asked, why out of 8 requests all 8 of those requests the system was telling me that the request was booked with another provider. Why I am not being approved for requests that clients desire. I never got my answer! What I really thing is going on behind the close doors is they cherry pick who they want to give work too, in some cases they would rather refuse to give a contractor a client and cancel the session for a client all together rather than pairing them with unwanted contractor that they don’t like. I would not be surprised if this business will fold within a few years! Stay away from this platform is all I can say!!

I am frustrated with booking… I am frustrated with booking appointments and no one can fulfill my request, I had one individual come to my building but refused to walk across the street to my building. I booked another 2 wks ago for tonight, no one showed, no apology. Now they are trying to hold me to a 12 month contract that they can’t fulfill. I would advise all not to agree to any terms or even use these guys.

I had an avergae experience ordering… I had an avergae experience ordering from zeel.com. The customer service was slow and didn't come through wel either when I bad trouble with my order. It took a bit more time then expected to recieve my order overall and the pick up process also wasn't overly effortless. Also, the overall presentation of the website could be improved with more options for easy navigatoin and viewing of the items. Although the prices were reasnable, the quality of the prducts were so-so even with delivering of the order. I think they really need to work on their deliver and customer service to make it better. All in all, I think this compny could be prtty good if they make som amends.

A sanctuary of relaxation they claim, Yet broken vows leave me in vain, Disappointments mount, frustration to blame, My faith in them is left maimed. They hold my trust, a precious commodity, Their unkept promises, a breach of fidelity, My desire for calm, a fleeting possibility, Their unreliability, a burden to carry. A massage company that fails to deliver, Leaves me disheartened, my hopes to wither, I seek a sanctuary, a place to slither, From their false promises, I must sever.

Amazing The therapist Zeel provided is perfection. Always on time and wonderful. I only wish there was a way to contact our therapist directly, there are some technics he uses that I would like more of and I’d like to communicate more with him about my desire for more full body style of massage. Other than that he has been incredible and I am sure will be even better as we use him more.
