GBZeel is a threat to even themselves..As a physician who doubled as a massage… As a physician who doubled as a massage therapist for Zeell Networks I can honestly say this is the absolute worst company administrative wise ethics wise and communication wise. Not only do they end contracts with absolutely no Integrity or communication, they siphon more money than they should for massage therapy jobs and refuse to give adequate 1099. I have been asking for my 1099 since January 1st 2024 and have yet to get it. They have completely blocked my account but yet send instructions to obtain the 1099 through accessing your account. Somewhere along the line you would think that anyone with half a brain in the company would know to follow up on such matters to avoid penalties but nope here we are. After reading many of the client's reviews as well as former employees of Zeel, it is undoubtedly clear they should be put to sleep like a rabid dog.

GBTherapist canceled with 4 hours notice Therapist canceled with 4 hours notice. Not enough time to find a replacement. I scheduled time and booked several days ago. I was discharged from the hospital and really needed the appointment. Customer service felt the need to defend the 4 hour cancelation notice. A simple apology would have been better and would have encouraged me to try again.

GBAmazing The therapist Zeel provided is perfection. Always on time and wonderful. I only wish there was a way to contact our therapist directly, there are some technics he uses that I would like more of and I’d like to communicate more with him about my desire for more full body style of massage. Other than that he has been incredible and I am sure will be even better as we use him more.

GBDon't recommend Zeel membership! I was a member for over a year and kept my account going for over a year (so I wouldn't get fined 200$ for canceling early). I could not get my money back once I decided I no longer wanted or needed their services! Now I have credit and canceled my account, so I don't continue to get charged monthly. To get the discounted rate, you must restart the monthly charges again! So now I must pay the total price for the massages to use my credit! Win-win for them and loss for the customer! They really should refund money to the customer if they don't want their service. Therefore I Do not recommend a Zeel membership.

CAI had an avergae experience ordering… I had an avergae experience ordering from zeel.com. The customer service was slow and didn't come through wel either when I bad trouble with my order. It took a bit more time then expected to recieve my order overall and the pick up process also wasn't overly effortless. Also, the overall presentation of the website could be improved with more options for easy navigatoin and viewing of the items. Although the prices were reasnable, the quality of the prducts were so-so even with delivering of the order. I think they really need to work on their deliver and customer service to make it better. All in all, I think this compny could be prtty good if they make som amends.
