Did not get refund, now no reply to my inquiries. I got a quote on three phones. All were sent in one package. One credit came through, with no mention of the other two credits. I have emailed my appointed contact twice and have gotten no replies. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Disappointed I sent out my phone over 1 month ago. They responded quickly when it was time to send them my phone but disappeared ever since they received my phone. I have received zero updates or response to my emails. I am still waiting for an update and payment. I am very disappointed with my experience with Cellmefree. I feel like I have been scammed. Has anyone else had the same issue? Thank you for your help.

Selling to We Buy Mobile The worst experience ever, they ignored the email instructions from CellMeFree regarding the PayPal email address to use and sent the money to the wrong one that has not been used for about 9 years and is associated with my details when I lived in the UK, I have lived in the USA for over 9 years now. I emailed We Buy Mobile to tell them of the error and I had no away of accessing the money as I no longer have a bank or credit card for the UK, they never bothered to respond. I ended up trying to sort their error for 2 days with PayPal. PayPal finally transferred the money for me but in the process I ended up losing money. I will definitely not be recommending We Buy Mobile and I for one will not be using them in the future!
