Excellent Site-SUPER happy with my new phone! I was very pleased with my expereince at cellmefree. The site is very easy to use, intuative, and painfree. I was extremlly stressed when my iphone took a swim and died (My LIFE was on that phone!), and was not looking forward to the hassel and expense of replacing it. A friend reccomended this site, and I cannot talk enough about how great the experience was. I now have a new phone and my life back!

Check Hello, I had sent in my 2 phones 2 weeks before New Years and I was told ny a letter that I will get my check within 72 hours it has been more than 72 hours I still haven't received my check i'm not happy about this

Reputable! I must say they quoted me at $137 for my Galaxy S4 and about 10 days later I received my check for exactly $137. Needless to say, I was pleased. The only negative was that I had to wait 10 days to get paid when on their site it states that payment would be issued no later than 72 hours of receiving unit. Other than that, I definitely would recommend them to my friends.

The website was easy to navigate, the customer service was very responsive and patient when I asked questions of the process and how it would work. They were very helpful and walked me through everything. What's even better is that they send you everything you need for you to send your phone, you don't have to worry about paying to send it to them. I was shocked at how easy the process was! Once I received the kit, I shipped it to them and they confirmed once they received the phone, and after they reviewed the device, I received my payment immediately. Exactly what I expected too.
