The best way to have a brand new phone I bought an iPhone 5s unlocked two weeks ago via cellmefree, I received it 3 days after. The phone arrived in his original boxe, in a perfect shape with all the accessories. I will strongly recommend to all my friends to buy a phone via this website! Selling to We Buy Mobile The worst experience ever, they ignored the email instructions from CellMeFree regarding the PayPal email address to use and sent the money to the wrong one that has not been used for about 9 years and is associated with my details when I lived in the UK, I have lived in the USA for over 9 years now. I emailed We Buy Mobile to tell them of the error and I had no away of accessing the money as I no longer have a bank or credit card for the UK, they never bothered to respond. I ended up trying to sort their error for 2 days with PayPal. PayPal finally transferred the money for me but in the process I ended up losing money. I will definitely not be recommending We Buy Mobile and I for one will not be using them in the future!

Disappointed I sent out my phone over 1 month ago. They responded quickly when it was time to send them my phone but disappeared ever since they received my phone. I have received zero updates or response to my emails. I am still waiting for an update and payment. I am very disappointed with my experience with Cellmefree. I feel like I have been scammed. Has anyone else had the same issue? Thank you for your help.

Update - Cellmefree updated review: After seeing this review the company contacted me and sent me a check for my phone. My advice is to take pictures of what you send. Also, send in a small box that is a little more secretive than the envelope they send you. While I'll never will know what happened to my phone, I'm happy they were able to resolve my issue. first review: First If you look at older reviews they are all good however the ones from the last couple months are horrible. I mailed in my iPhone 6 mid October. I followed up today as to where my payment was. They sent me a picture that they received my envelope but no phone. I packed it in a specific way and that packing didn't appear in the picture. Not sure I have any course of action.

From beginning to end everything was easy, and more importantly, just as they said it would be. Based upon the description of my old phone they gave me a "ball park" price. Once they knew I was serious about dealing with them a mailing packet with instructions was sent to me along with a pre paid UPS shipping label. Shortly thereafter, I received my check for the agreed upon price. CELLMEFREE is a no hassle, no nonsense company, and the ONLY company I would ever consider reselling any of my media to.
