Check Hello, I had sent in my 2 phones 2 weeks before New Years and I was told ny a letter that I will get my check within 72 hours it has been more than 72 hours I still haven't received my check i'm not happy about this

Selling to We Buy Mobile The worst experience ever, they ignored the email instructions from CellMeFree regarding the PayPal email address to use and sent the money to the wrong one that has not been used for about 9 years and is associated with my details when I lived in the UK, I have lived in the USA for over 9 years now. I emailed We Buy Mobile to tell them of the error and I had no away of accessing the money as I no longer have a bank or credit card for the UK, they never bothered to respond. I ended up trying to sort their error for 2 days with PayPal. PayPal finally transferred the money for me but in the process I ended up losing money. I will definitely not be recommending We Buy Mobile and I for one will not be using them in the future!

A++++ Excellent service and very easy I recently sold an iPhone through Cellmefree, and I was so impressed with how smooth the process was! The website was easy to navigate, the customer service was very responsive and patient when I asked questions of the process and how it would work. They were very helpful and walked me through everything. What's even better is that they send you everything you need for you to send your phone, you don't have to worry about paying to send it to them. I was shocked at how easy the process was! Once I received the kit, I shipped it to them and they confirmed once they received the phone, and after they reviewed the device, I received my payment immediately. Exactly what I expected too. Lack of professionalism as well as responsibility I shipped my Iphone 5s to them with the only problem with my phone was that the icloud was locked other then that it no cracks no damage and it turned on and after 3 weeks of no response I asked them to ship my phone back which they did but my device screen comes back to me scadderd and now they keep ignoring my emails and calls.

Excellent experience fast payment via paypal Mail kit arrived quickly after getting a quote. Excellent communication via emails during the process. Fast deposit to my paypal account at the end. Will definately recommend to others abd use in the future.
