Stand up Company I am a natural born skeptic... I read some of the reviews here and I honestly got nervous! But here's the honest truth. I mailed my iPhone 6, I received updates via USPS that my package had arrived at the facility and Customer Service let me know that my phone was being evaluated. My iPhone 6 was in the hands of a Technician Monday the 19th and I was paid the morning of Wednesday the 21st. Cell effete.com gave me the HIGHEST offer for my iPhone 6 out of all the online buyback companies. Customer Service was great, the process was extremely smooth and easy. Believe me, the only motivation I have to give 5 Stars and a POSITIVE review is because this cop any stood by their word a did the right thing. Go with these guys for selling your phones, they're honest and prompt.

CELLMEFREE, just like the postman because they delivered! I found CELLMEFREE on the internet, and after reviewing other sites decided to give them my business. From beginning to end everything was easy, and more importantly, just as they said it would be. Based upon the description of my old phone they gave me a "ball park" price. Once they knew I was serious about dealing with them a mailing packet with instructions was sent to me along with a pre paid UPS shipping label. Shortly thereafter, I received my check for the agreed upon price. CELLMEFREE is a no hassle, no nonsense company, and the ONLY company I would ever consider reselling any of my media to.

Selling to We Buy Mobile The worst experience ever, they ignored the email instructions from CellMeFree regarding the PayPal email address to use and sent the money to the wrong one that has not been used for about 9 years and is associated with my details when I lived in the UK, I have lived in the USA for over 9 years now. I emailed We Buy Mobile to tell them of the error and I had no away of accessing the money as I no longer have a bank or credit card for the UK, they never bothered to respond. I ended up trying to sort their error for 2 days with PayPal. PayPal finally transferred the money for me but in the process I ended up losing money. I will definitely not be recommending We Buy Mobile and I for one will not be using them in the future!

False deceptive advertising I sent them three smart phone and their advertisement at the time stated they bought blacklisted IEMIs, but would cost less. Over ten days went by and no word, I emailed them and they stated that they did not buy black listed IEMI. These were phones that I got from the cell company, so they were not stolen or anything. They were going to hold on to the phones and not send them back until I got nasty with them, and I still do not have them back. This company is deceitful and lies to try to get their hands on your phones. Avoid them at all cost. Sell you phones one Ebay.

confused my phone with another Comunication was terrible. I had to contact them each step of the way for updates. A full week after they received my phone I received an e-mail stating my phone had water damage and it would cost me 10.00 if I wanted it back. My phone was in perfect condition when I sent it in. After several e-mails back and forth with someone who insisted this was the correct situation, 3 days later I finally received an e-mail from someone who apologized for the mix up and promised me my check was in the mail. Which it was. Horrible experience and I was sure I was being scammed for my I-phone. They did make it right in the end but the comunication and organization was terrible and the process took 3 weeks from start to finish. I would not use them again
